Located south of the highway in Ditch Plains, just a short walk or bike ride from one of the best beaches and surf breaks in New York, this house has everything needed for a relaxing getaway, including a huge outdoor deck and water views! Fully furnished with organic sheets and towels, brand new mattresses, BlueAir air purifiers, all the kitchen equipment you can can think of, a gas BBQ grill, beach cruisers, stand-up paddle boards, and more. Traditional "upside down" Montauk house with 2 queen bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom (with trundle) located upstairs on same level as dining and living area, and additional playroom with sleeping area and wet bar downstairs. 1 full bathroom on each floor. 3 working areas: standing desk in twin room, flip-up desk in second queen room, and desk in open kitchen / dining area. 1 TV on each floor. Indoor and outdoor dining tables accommodate 6. House has central A/C and heat, brand new washer and dryer, wireless Internet, and Rokus for streaming.

Beautiful house in Ditch Plains and wonderful owner!

We loved renting from Alison. The house was beautiful, clean, beyond organized and an absolute dream home-away-from-home. We highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to rent in the Ditch Plains area.
