1920’s Country Cottage. Whether seeking picture postcard sunrise or moonlight dancing across the water, this cozy & economical Westside Seneca Lake getaway will create memories for years to come. Accommodating up to 4, includes one oversized bedroom with two queen beds and a queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Fully equipped, hand crafted pine paneling, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven, washer, dryer and kerosene heat for winter getaways and features large windows, Dutch door, screened-in porch, level grassy lot, firepit& lakeside lot w/dock. Walking distance to two local restaurants -Showboat Restaurant in one direction and Rainbow Cove in the other. Close driving proximity to marinas, restaurants,Watkins Glen State Park, Corning Museum of Glass, Glenn H. Curtiss Aviation Museum and regional sightseeing. Limitless antiquing, country drives, quaint villages, world renowned wine trails and lazy days. Cable TV is included, Cell phone recommended, Free WiFi access.

You’re welcome to use my linens if you wash/dry towels & return to the linen closet. Please drop the bedding washer when you leave we'll dry.

Pets will only be welcomed if pre approved. Instant bookings with pets that have not been approved will be cancelled by owner. Please inquire.

Another wonderful stay

I have been staying at Cotters Cove several years and my family and,I just love it. The best flat beautiful yard and fire pit. A nice dock for fishing and morning coffee and the coziest cottage. Rain or shine..Cotters Cove is a delight!

Had a wonderful time during our stay! Lovely view, so nice to enjoy the lake being so close. Loved the dock, spent most of our time there, and the beautiful fire pit! Accomodations were wonderful, owner provided everything you could need! Would stay again for sure!

Perfect Location on the Lake

This cottage is the perfect location on the lake and we have enjoyed a relaxing stay here several times. The cottage has everything we could need and wonderful lake views as well as access to the lake on the private dock. It's also a great location close to many of the area's wineries.

If you are looking for a modern cottage with the upgrades considered standard home conveniences, my cottage may not be the right fit for you, even if the rental rates are better suited for your budget.

I have a simple country cottage, built in the 20’s - there is no dishwasher, no hot tub, no central heat or air but window unit air conditioners and adequate heat from a kerosene furnace in the living room and a space heater in the bedroom with wall heaters in the kitchen and another in the dining area. If you are looking for a modern cottage with the upgrades considered standard home conveniences, my cottage may not be the right fit for you, even if the rental rates are better suited for your budget. My apologies for the uneven floor and trip hazards.

Peaceful stay

Beautiful sunrises, peaceful and very quiet. Walking distance to a restaurant and in the heart of wine country. Great enclosed front porch to have coffee and tea. As you can tell, it was very refreshing and wonderful!
