The first floor features an inviting open-concept design, complete with a cozy living room, kitchen, and dining area—perfect for gathering with friends and family to talk, laugh, drink, and enjoy delicious meals. Just off the kitchen, you'll find a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and plenty of closet space, alongside a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower for ultimate relaxation.

Upstairs, the second-floor bungalow offers two additional bedrooms—a King Room with air conditioning and another bedroom with both a full and twin bed. These rooms share a convenient quarter-bath and come equipped with floor fans for refreshing airflow and soothing white noise, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

Situated on a generous quarter-acre lot in Downtown Buena Vista, this home offers ample outdoor space for playing lawn games like bags or bocce ball, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air with friends. Afterward, take a scenic half-mile stroll east to the Arkansas River, where you can explore hiking and biking trails, or visit the 'Lawn' amphitheater and Surf Park at the Surf Hotel for even more fun in South Main.
