With vision: beautiful studio / duplex apartment on two levels with balcony. Large living / dining room with comfortable sitting area / sofa bed, TV, stereo-radio / CD, WLAN. Complete fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Nice bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bedrooms: A bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom in the roof - accessible via a comfortable staircase - is equipped with a double bed and a small flat "emergency bed" and plenty of space to play or linger (and second small TV). Wonderful view to the cruise ships and the gardens Warnemünde. Max. 6 persons (4 + 2).
