Die Wohnung ist super. Super Betten und alles total gemütlich. Ich bin leider sehr lärmempfindlich. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist sehr stark befahren und für mein Empfinden sehr laut. Der Ausblick ist sensationell und der Parkplatz direkt am Haus in Scharbeutz keine Selbstverständlichkeit.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht auf die Ostsee. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und das Bett war bequem. Die Erstausstattung auch in Ordnung und es war sauber bei Einzug. Bei kleineren Hinweisen oder Fragen an das Team wurde direkt reagiert und geholfen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und entspannte Zeit. Nur die Barhocker könnten bequemer sein, aber das empfindet ja auch jeder anders.

Der Aufenthalt allgemein war wirklich schön. Nur die Ferienwohnung sollte man ein bisschen mehr pflegen und sie liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße. Im Sommer ist es tagsüber schwierig sich bei offenem Fenster in der Wohnung zuunterhalten. Die Abwicklung war alles sehr einfach und schnell auch die Dame am Telefon war sehr sehr freundlich und hatte alles super organisiert!!!

Ferienwohnung Lachmöwe

Wir waren die Woche nach Pfingsten in Scharbeutz. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Größere Personen könnten allerdings Schwierigkeiten mit der Größe des Bades und des Schlafzimmers haben. Beide sind durch die niedrige Deckenhöhe und die Dachschrägen in der Benutzung etwas eingeschränkt. Die Gartenlaube, als Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder, war leider nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, da dort auch die Fahrräder und Gartengeräte des Hausbesitzers eingelagert waren und die Tür der Gartenlaube nach innen öffnet , ist dort maximal Platz für 5 Fahrräder.Vor dem Haus verläuft eine sehr befahrene Bundesstraße. Das sollte man erwähnen, da man bei geöffneten Fenstern den Verkehrslärm doch erheblich wahrnimmt.

Tolle Lage und traumhafter Ausblick

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und man hatte einen traumhaften Ausblick und natürlich excellente Lage. Was uns fehlte: Möglichkeit zum Trocknen der Handtücher. Die Wohnung ist u.E. für 4 Leute eher grenzwertig und nicht unbedingt für sehr große Leute geeignet. ABER, der begrenzte Wohnraum wurde insgesamt sehr gut genutzt.

Super Lage mit Traumausblick

Schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Blick aufs Meer. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist etwas klein, aber machbar. Der Service war toll und um kleine Sachen wurden sich sofort gekümmert (bei uns der fehlende Toaster). Kaum Bescheid gesagt, stand er auch schon da. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub

Lage und Aussicht Top, Top, Top, nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Kleine niedliche Ferienwohnung (FW), viele Möglichkeiten zum Unternehmen,vor allen für Kinder. Kritikpunkte: - Das abgezählte Besteck, etwas mehr wäre schöner - die Hochstühle am Frühstückstisch sehr unbequem - da die FW über keinen Balkon oder Terrasse verfügt, deshalb schlechte Möglichkeit, nasse Wäsche zu trocken - das Bad ist für große Menschen sehr beengt, da Dachschrägen vorhanden sind. Im großen und ganzen aber ein schöner Urlaub, wir hatten auch ausgesprochenes sehr schönes Wetter Wir kommen wieder. LG aus dem Harz

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt wunderbar:-)

Alles in allem eine gemütliche, kleine Wohnung. Zum Kochen leider zu klein und eng. Wenig Fläche und durch die Dachschrägen arg eingeschränkt. Durch das kulinarische Angebot im Umkreis wurde dies für uns wieder ausgeglichen. Bett ist breiter wie angegeben 👍 Nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier pro Aufenthalt?!! Ernsthaft?!? War uns neu….🧐 Freundliche Angestellte:-) Viele Grüße und vielen Dank 😊

Eine schöne, kleine gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit der Ostsee in Sichtweite. Toll, Sonnenaufgang, Mond auf dem Meer, Regenbogen bis nach Sierksdorf. Gerne wieder!
