Schöner Urlaubsanfang

Gegen 16.00 Uhr erreichten wir die Ferienwohnung. Was uns da erwartete war schon der Hammer.Die Wohnung war nicht gereinigt. Nach einen Anruf beim Objektverwalter kam eine " Rumänische Putzkolonne " .Machen alles schnell fertig.Gegen 18.00 Uhr konnten wir in die Wohnung. Aber ach wie schön, Bettkissen und Laken vom Vorgänger blieben gleich mal liegen. Bettmatratzen alle mit schönen gelben Flecken( Urin ) gekennzeichnet. In der Dusche Haarreste und Schimmel. Die Küche wurde auch erst mal von uns gereinigt. Besteck und Teller waren mit getrockneten Essenresten bestückt. Unter den Betten war sehr viel Staub und sonstige Reste zu finden.Haben die Ferienwohnung erst mal selber gereinigt und natürlich zuvor alles fotografiert und beschrieben. Haben das beste draus gemacht.Sehr schade, denn Scharbeutz ist ein sehr schöner Ort mit freundlichen Menschen. Der Wohnungseigentümer sollte sich mal Gedanken machen. MfG Fam Bambor

Ein schöner Urlaub in Scharbeutz

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit einem großen Balkon. Man hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und ist in 20 min. am Strand. Scharbeutz und die Umgebung bitten viele Möglichkeiten seine Urlaubstage interessant zu gestalten oder einfach nur am Strand zu liegen. Die Garage ist für größere Autos sehr knapp, aber wir konnten, nach Absprache mit der Verwaltung, draußen parken. Die Küche bietet alles was man für normale Gerichte braucht. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und bis zur Promenade geht man nur 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Allgemeines

Eine bessere Beschreibung des Aussenbereichs des Appartements wäre wünschenswert. Ansonsten entspricht die Ferienwohnung der Beschreibung.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Große geräumige Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Bettwäsche nicht im Preis inbegriffen. Dies könnte man noch anbieten. Lage ist super, da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort sind. Strand ist ebenfalls gut zu erreichen.
