Don’t overlook this newer listing. We are professional, responsive and want you to have a great stay. We take great care as this is our home away from home.

Our condo is in the gated Madeira Beach Yacht Club. It is located on the intercoastal waterway just minutes to the beach. Bring your kids or leave them at home. Vacation and relax, work remotely, or a bit of both. Either way, it will be a day at the beach. Bring your sunscreen and leave your worries at home.

Second story condo (stairs) with 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, screened lanai the condo sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and a queen sofa sleeper. Queen size air mattress is also available. Includes all the important stuff such as a fully equipped kitchen, A/C, washer/dryer, high-speed internet, Roku smart TVs in all rooms, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and a sunshade. This unit is located on the second floor with no elevator. Some starter supplies are included. Longer-term stays are also welcomed if you want to escape the cold winter days or telework in beach style.

Close to St. Petersburg and Tampa but far enough away from the urban hubbub and typical tourist traps. Madeira beach is known as the quieter local’s beach area. The Yacht Club amenities include two heated saltwater pools, fitness center, hot tub, saunas, billiards room, waterfront path, fishing piers, and one free parking space per unit. Walking distance to beach, groceries, dining, drinks, mini-golf, library, post office, and more. John's Pass shopping and boardwalk are 2 miles away. A Suncoast Beach Trolley stop is approximately 2 blocks away. Enjoy some of the most beautiful beaches in the country and swim in the warm Gulf waters. Across the street is R.O.C. Park which has ball fields, tennis and basketball courts, splash pad, playground, and a large fishing pier. Extremely convenient to attend youth sports tournaments within walking distance and avoid searching for parking.

Enjoy your first cup of coffee and watch the sunrise on the screened lanai or take drinks and food to one of the fishing piers to watch for dolphins and birds.

- Must book a minimum of 15 days prior to arrival date per condo association or booking may be canceled.
- Must be 25 or older
- Cleaning fee includes a $50 non-refundable required association fee.
- No smoking, vaping, or pets are allowed at the unit.
- Self-check-in instructions will be provided with directions to the condo, parking info, and electronic access codes to the gate and unit.
- This building is not a waterfront unit. It is an inner building on Medallion Blvd that is centrally located between the pools, park, and docks/waterway/path. The balcony faces Medallion Blvd to the east with great morning sun and has a view of R.O.C. park and a distant view of the intercoastal waterway beyond.
- It is a second-story unit with one flight of stairs and no elevator.
- There is one security camera in the stairwell leading up to the condo.
- The trash service is located near the building, is walled, and emptied frequently.

Great Stay!

My parents in law stayed in Robert’s place and it was perfect for them and us to come by and visit and go to the beach together during their Christmas break. Very clean place, safe and right next to the beach. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Madeira Beach area condo

Very nice, clean condo a few minutes walk across the road to the beach. This particular area of public beach does happen to be very busy, especially on the weekends. The condo has plenty of the necessities and made our week long stay very comfortable.

This was a wondeful stay for us. Owners were very responsive with questions and needs. Cute condo. We loved the yacht club. Pools were nice, very convienent location with grocery stores within walking distance. Fishing piers were great. Close to Johns Pass. We saw lots of dolphins right in the yacht club waters. Will stay again!!

First Florida vacation since Covid

We were not disappointed. From ease of check in to cleanliness of unit which was very well stocked from kitchen to beach accessories including beach towels, beach chairs,sun shade, cooler, water toys etc and a wagon to move it . The beds were amazing! Soooo comfortable would really like to know the manufacturer would consider getting for our home as my husband has back issues and he felt great getting up every morning. Location was perfect especially if you didn’t have a car you could walk to everything grocery store and liquor store across street, 5 min walk to Maderia beach,multiple restaurants including Frobottas beach kitchen where you could enjoy a beautiful meal while watching the sunset, they also had great very reasonable lunch specials. Also found a great treasure a family owned Italian restaurant Mario’s (also within walking distance) the food was second to none, large portions great ambiance and reasonable price for quality….worth while checking out! Hosts are very responsive ,checked in with us multiple times during our stay to see if there was anything we needed. Very organized sending instructions with videos to review prior to trip for all appliances , heat/cooling system, sun shade etc. Other guests and residents very friendly. All in all a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend and hope to return ourselves! Thanks Bob and Michelle

Best trip ever

My oldest son said this was the best trip ever. The place was cute. Madeira Beach was great and really close to the property. We loved the fishing docks and caught lots of fish. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome girls getaway in perfect location!

Loved our week here! This is walking distance to everything. The owners had great tips and advice; always very responsive! We felt like we were taken care of like family! Loved the gated part of this place, and all the neighbors were super friendly!!!

If you're looking at Mad-Beach and this property is available, go for it if you want.... - clean and comfortable living space - quiet location - but still just a short walk to nightlife -easy, helpful and responsive communication with your host If that sounds good, then book! Relaxed setting and a place to see perfect sunsets, this is it. BUT.. if you're looking for a party scene, then this isn't for you. The party is a short walk away, but when it's time to go, you get peace and quiet at Madeira Yacht. The beach, a handful of bars and food spots are only a short walk away. If the beach is too much, the site has a small pool. Everything in the condo is new. Kitchen is packed with all you need - just get the food. Sit out on the screened patio and enjoy a cup of coffee or night beverage and soak in the Florida air! They had a small open air market with a handful of vendors on Wednesday one street away if that interests you. The owners were great! Super helpful prior to check-in and also during. They had suggestions for things to do, and were proactive to make sure all was well. We would absolutely go back if we come to the area! thank you again!

Living in Colorado, from the midwest. Our family of four vacationed to this location the past year and fell in love, took a leap, and purchased a similar unit. The Madeira Beach Yacht Club is at a perfect location between the intercoastal waterway and the beach, has many amenities, and is within walking distance of everything you need. The Madeira Beach area is where locals hang out and is very laid back. We are now trying to come stay, play, and work from here as often as life allows. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we do.
