This place worked perfectly for what we needed. Comfortable space, 7 minute walk into the town square with everything from restaurants, bars, barber shop, convenience store, Italian bakery, and more.

The knowledge of the area the owner has really made our stay incredible. His communication was wonderful even messaging us to make sure all our needs were met and if we had any questions. We simply parked at orient heights subway station and bought day pass cards to ride the subways and buses. We traversed all of Boston, Charlestown and spent a day in Salem. The location is great and has parking which is wonderful. We also spent an evening at a couple local establishments which were in walking distance. When we come back to Boston we will be staying at this property again. Thanks Frank for making sure we had a good trip!

We loved our stay here! The location was great! We were close to public transport but could take our car when we wanted. The house was clean and comfortable and the host was very nice and welcoming when we got there. The accommodations were even better than we expected. We would definitely recommend this residence to our friends and family and would definitely book again for ourselves!

Had a great stay here! Had a little issue at check in, and Frankie immediately responded to my phone call. Considering the quick response and resolution, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at any of his properties again! Nice location and definitely take him up on his restaurant recommendations... we tried out Jac's for breakfast and it was phenomenal and by far the least expensive meal on our entire trip. The house is a bit ran down in areas and doesn't feel super secure, but it is overall a very cool home, clean linens and bathroom and plenty of space. The beds were also very comfortable! We would stay here again if I'm Boston. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It is a safe, quiet and charming neighborhood and well-maintained home with character, comfortable beds and everything we needed for our short stay in Boston. Great apartment and location.

Apartment was really spacious and well equipped. It's location was excellent and easy to get to local shops and further afield like Boston. Would happily book this apartment again.
