This holiday home is ideal for those who want to enjoy the sea and the beautiful view. The house consists of two apartments, which are accessed via external stairs. The spacious ground floor flat consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fitness room and a large living room with kitchen and dining area overlooking the pool. On the first floor there is also a spacious terrace with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen and a beautiful terrace with panoramic views of the bay of Katel. Additional comfort is offered on the fenced plot with pool and sun deck. The nearest beach is about 1.5 km away and you can reach cultural centres such as Split and Trogir by car.

Kastel Sucurac

Vi lejede hele huset og derfor var der ikke andre gæster end vores gruppe. Huset levede rimeligt op til forventningen i forhold til det annoncerede. Flot overlejlighed. Desværre var rengøringen i underetagen meget mangelfuld ved ankomst. Ejeren af huset fik dog relativt hurtigt rettet op på den mangelfulde rengøring i underetagen. Meget venlig og imødekommende vært/husejer. Fejl og mangler blev hurtigt rettet. Pool området var fint, men synes ikke egnet til at dele med en anden familie, hvis man kun havde lejet den ene etage i huset. Der manglede liggestole og parasoller, som værten dog fik bragt i orden. Hynderne på liggestolene var slidte og med store skjolder. Beliggenheden er største minus ved dette hus, idet der er væsentligt længere til en acceptabel strand/vand end oplyst i annoncen. Desuden lang afstand (2,5 km) til restaurant. Meget få restauranter i området som helhed.
