The views from this home were absolutely stunning! Rain or sun, the views never failed. We also got to see deer come right up to the window! Very pleasant stay overall!
Great location, very private. Overlooks fields of alfalfa, buttes and mountains in the million dollar view. We had no problems at all driving up the unpaved part of the driveway. Large rooms. Great views. Kitchen was a little tired in places. It lacked sharp knives, which is typical for rentals almost everywhere. Could not watch TV as there was a missing remote. Called host. She couldn’t do much about the missing repost. We tried watching through Roku but it kept asking for some PIN number. Other than that, we can highly recommend renting the house. You wont be disappointed.
This house was perfect for our visit to Capital Reef. Lovely home inside and out but the best part was the views, especially sunrise and sunset. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to Park headquarters which is quite reasonable. We didn’t have much communication with our host because little was needed.

We had a lovely stay here. The home was very comfortable and the scenery was amazing. We loved stargazing at night with the dark skies and visiting Capitol Reef and Boulder. Such a beautiful area. We would stay here again.
Great clean home with very comfy beds.
There’s an expanding RV park at the edge of the property. There was a mobile home person at the RV park that had loud music every night till about 10:30 which broke the wonderful peaceful solitude of the home.
One of the best I’ve stayed at. World class scenery from the from front to back. Stayed for a fishing trip with my young sons and my brother and his grown sons (5 big bodies, 2 smaller bodies) we were all comfortable. Loved sitting on the deck at sunset. Even has a great room to stream a movie. I think we’ll be back!
The house was comfortable, clean, and had every amenity necessary to have a great time. Surrounded by field of grazing cattle but not a house in sight, what was most memorable was looking out the picture windows to witness an unobstructed view of the incredible sunrises and sunsets on the redrock cliffs.
It was a perfect location for hiking and picnicking in Capitol Reef National Park and many other local outdoor destinations equally spectacular but off the beaten track.
We only stayed one night and it was a perfect location for Capitol Reef and the town of Torrey. Definitely family friendly. We were surprised we had to go through a campground to access the property, but it was fine.
This house was perfect for 5 adults while visiting Utah’s National Parks. The views were as advertised. Great location close to Capitol Reef National Park. The little town area was very cute. Overall a great visit and we would definitely recommend it to others.
The space and the furniture are of good quality, but we most enjoyed staying here because of the gorgeous views and convenient location. (The view would have been even better if the garbage pails could have been stashed somewhere less conspicuous.) Communication with the owner was efficient and she was very responsive to our questions. The beds are all soft memory foam -- and it should be noted that there are short flights of stairs to the three bedrooms upstairs and the one bedroom downstairs... so folks with mobility issues should be aware. We wished that there was a grill brush to clean the large propane grill more conveniently. Overall, we had a great stay.
Close to RV Park, but on top of hill so very quiet and private with amazing views of red cliffs. Convenient to Capitol Reef NP. Very clean and plenty of space for family of six. Wonderful stay and would stay again.

Semi-secluded. Quiet. Amazing views. Plenty of room. Things I did not like was the dirt road through a glampground and a steep dirt hill to get to the driveway. Yards were ugly and unkept. Those were my only two dislikes. Overall the property was great for our needs.
We loved our stay at the hilltop home. The shared spaces and bedrooms were all big enough for my big family. Lots of rentals prioritize bedroom space, but have very little kitchen and living room space. This home has adequate space for everyone to eat together and relax together after a long day of hiking, which we loved. My kids really loved seeing the bunnies and bluebirds in the yard. A couple of small imperfections: the downstairs master bedroom door doesn't close all the way. And there are no fans in the bathrooms. These things didn’t bother us much, as the rest of the home was so comfy. And the views from the home are spectacular.
Nice home, great views, real close to the park. Hope to stay here next time we vacation in the area.
