Great place! Clean, easy to find, exactly as expected. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. No one was staying in the adjacent unit - would be easy to combine them for a large group. I’d absolutely stay again.

We had a fantastic family stay here over fall break. The house was very comfortable and a great base for exploring Capitol Reef. The fire pit and sauna were fabulous after a day of hiking, and the views of the stars from the rooftop terrace were incredible.The host responded quickly when a small issue came up, which we really appreciated. A lovely place to unwind and a big part of what made this such a memorable family trip. We’d happily stay again.

Excellence all around. Views from house were amazing. Convenient to Capitol Reef. Clean, all 3 bedrooms had a king. Kitchen well stocked. Sauna was a plus. Would stay again. Host was very responsive.

The views at this property are absolutely amazing. So many windows, very nice deck with fire pit and felt so private. It was very roomy. It should be mentioned that the road into the property is a gravel road. Though it was smooth and nice. The host was very responsive and sent information on a regular basis before our arrival.

To begin with, the communication was great. Messages were received timely that allowed us to enjoy our stay and answered all of our questions. The property was very clean and the air conditioning functioned perfectly. The location was amazing with access to a dirt road up the mountain right out the front door. Deer, bluebirds and scrub jays were abundant in the morning and evenings. It was nice to be only about 15 minutes from the National Park.

This place was amazing and perfect for 3 couples. It was great having 3 master suites with king size beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was big and well stocked and the living area was very comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and taking in the fabulous views while relaxing around the fire table or using the sauna. Ryan was very responsive. Check in was great. A perfect stay!

As our kids said when they saw our rental, "This has got to be the best rental we've ever stayed in!" And barring a special place in my heart for our Italian villa last year, they're right. Everything was perfect - the location, the view, the house, the amenities, the owner. The little extras about this house make it so special. King beds and an ensuite bathroom for each bedroom. The beautiful propane fire pit and sauna on the deck. A view each night to die for. All kinds of spices, plenty of cookware in the kitchen, and a blackstone griddle for preparing our own dinners. And Ryan was always quick to respond to questions with great suggestions for activities. We loved Capitol Reef and if we ever return, we will be back!

The place is so amazing for the perfect get away not only is everything clean and well kept it has everything you need. Each room has its own bathroom and cooling system making it very easily tailored to your needs. My favorite place is the upstairs deck with the fire pit and sauna perfect for hanging out by the fire and getting in the sauna after one of the amazing hikes near the property. The commons room downstairs is perfect for family’s and friends the room is full windows with plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the mountain and the property. I will definitely be back!
