Come back to comfort and relaxation after a day of exploring nature! 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, the 4th bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, perfect for the kids.

- Enjoy live music, fresh baked bread, and produce at the farmers market Saturdays May-Oct at the town park just 3 blocks away!

- World class hiking trails and the Capitol Reef scenic route just a short drive away.

- Pack a picnic and eat lunch in Fruita where you'll likely spot some deer under the large trees and cool river. Pick apples and pears seasonally in the historic orchards of Fruita, and buy a fresh baked pie in the Gifford house.
