restaurants,shops and the grocery store.The bar,BBQ,and party house in heart of downtown Grandview bridge through.I guess that's why the president Hurry Truman made it his former home in Grandview Missouri. A place with a long history. Thousands of Christians make tours to the world famous IHOUP prayer centers every year…Can’t rescript more.I know you're going to love it here if you experience it for yourself.

While first walking up to the ranch style townhome home a rug was hiding a sunken sidewalk that we tripped on. While visiting Kansas City was under a heat warning with temps in the 90’s and heat index over 100 degrees. The thermostat was in a locked plastic box that you could not control. Yet I was charged a 40 Heating fee. I had to message the host every time we needed an adjust. The additional twin beds and double beds were in a loft area with no HVAC and was hot. The host had a no shoes rule which we followed and proceeded to step on 2 thumb tacks that were in the bedroom carpets. The host left her cell phone number if you needed to contact her, which I sent a text about my concerns that went unanswered. She did reply via VRBO messaging system. I will say beds were comfortable. It was nice to have our own kitchen and ability to do laundry.

The inside of the house was very nice - the posted pictures are accurate. The beds are very comfortable. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint but over all met our needs perfectly.

Convenient and clean

This property is very clean and welcoming. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to dining and shopping. Check in was simple. It was great to have a whole house for our family on this trip so that we had a 'home base' to return to and rest between wedding weekend events.

Near KC stay

Overall a good stay. We planned activities in and outside KC. The location was easy to travel from, even if it was tricky to find the first time. One issue was that the thermostat was set too high and we were unable to lower it. After a hot day out and about, the numerous fans weren’t enough to keep us cool. Great communication with the host though.

Cute little property! Furniture was kind of uncomfortable but not too bad. Parking was kind of tight to get in and out. Other than that a great place to stay!

Loved the well stocked kitchen. Could use more coffee mugs. The main beds are TALL. Was difficult getting in and out of them. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Neighborhood was quiet. Was clean, could use a bit of cosmetic cleanup. Would stay again despite that.
