Welcome and Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in Federal Way, between Seattle and Tacoma, with easy access to freeway - highway 5. Located close to everything, shops, grocery stores such as Winco, Costco, Walmart, Safeway, etc., and many other conveniences. You will be about 25-30 minutes to and from SeaTac Airport. This place is ideal for a single traveler/group/family, shorter/longer stay. You will definitely have access to all this city has to offer and beyond, not to forget the Federal Way Wild Waves Theme & Water Park. For those of you fair lovers, the famous Puyallup Fair is just 25-30 minutes away south.

We chose this place because of the low price and convenient location central to our needs. We found the host to be very quick to respond when the dryer stopped working. She brought in a repair man to fix it right away. We had a chance to chat with her during the repair, and she seemed like a very nice lady. Also, the covered parking was a plus.Unfortunately, we had some negative concerns. The outside of the building was unsightly with papers and rags on the ground (which I picked up and threw in the trash dumpster). The exterior, especially leading to the door, needs pressure washing and painting.The interior is in need of cleaning, painting and upgrades to furniture and appliances. We were greeted with a musty smell upon entering, found numerous spiders and cobwebs which we had to clean. The oven was very dirty inside. We had to clean it as well as spend considerable time vacuuming and dusting the rest of the house. My white sweat socks turned black just from walking around inside. The mattress on the bed was old and uncomfortable. Some of the drawers in the bedroom were not usable because someone's personal papers were stacked in there.The deck was not really usable. It was very dirty out there with graffiti visible on the building next door. The broken exercise equipment and broken TV on the deck apparently had been there a long time. This stuff should be hauled away.

Location,location,location

We travelled from Alaska to Federal Way for a surgery. While this condo is not new or fancy, it fulfilled our needs perfectly. Very close to Virginia Mason facilities, shady and cool even in a heat wave. Excellent shady 1/4 mile driveway loop for initial rehabilitation walks, and many wonderful trails/bike paths nearby. Grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance (1-2 miles) Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly and kind. Responses from the host to our questions were almost instantaneous and very helpful.

Location great

Location was perfect and central to family needs. The place was dark and needs updating. My family refused to use the kitchen. The shower pressure was great and the complex it was located in was quiet. They reported the bed was not comfortable but they managed. The property manager was kind and responsive. It all just needs a deep cleaning which can be fixed easily.

The building where the unit is located is surrounded by trees, thus the reason for not having a lot of natural light coming through; that’s really the reason why. The kitchen is pretty descent and very functional for our guests use, so is the bed and, we’ve never had any issues at all in the past, but we are very thankful for your review. We take very seriously our guests’ concerns, and we will make sure that we take yours in consideration as well for either yourself if you choose to come back and as well for our future guests.
