We had a fantastic stay at the tree house. The views really are as beautiful as what you see in the listing and the house itself was *really* lovely. Two small notes: I would say that the property gets pretty dark at night (a good thing) so having a little flashlight (or light from cell phone) was helpful when walking around after sunset. Also, getting in and out of the driveway was a little tricky for my manual Honda Fit as the entry point is pretty steep (we ended up backing in), but this is probably not a consideration for most people with automatics. That said, my friend and I are already planning our next trip back.

is it a wonderful view and escape from everyday life. It’s close enough to town for anything you need plus beautiful sunsets. Families with small children can certainly enjoy the space. The owners are very communicative, helpful and supportive.

Hi there! While our stay at the treehouse was everything that my sisters and I wanted for a magical weekend, we were smelling like the bathroom after we left. I could smell it on me Saturday afternoon, but when I got home it was still around. Maybe an air purifier would help. We understand the fragility of the space and appreciate the compost toilet. But maybe the eco-elf could leave some toilet paper the next time around!!We were so perplexed! Thankfully my sis had some in her car. Thank you for loving that little cabin! I used to live in one up the Fairmount ravine in West Seattle! Tricia

This is such a great space and location. We loved sitting on both the main and upper floor decks amongst the forest of trees. And, nothing like a walk down the trail to access the beach. We enjoyed the ourselves!
