We, the family Schröder would be very pleased to welcome you very soon.
You live in a ground floor apartment with a living space of about 70 square meters.
Each room has central underfloor heating.
The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished.
To give you easy access, there is a private driveway with parking space for up to 3 cars.
In summer, the spacious terrace is the perfect place for a barbecue. But you garden furniture and a private barbecue are available. In nearby Stralsund Shopping is plentiful.
Brandshagen offers as a holiday a wide choice of leisure activities in the immediate vicinity.
Hiking For example, by Neuhof, where you can enjoy a meal in the harbor with sea view. Or discover the lagoon.
Or take a hike to Niederhof, where you can experience cormorants in the wild and can walk by the bay.
However, Stralsund, Rostock, Warnemünde, Fischland, Rügen, Greifswald, Usedom or Poland offer their services as quickly and easily attainable goals for a day trip. The Baltic Sea - in Brandshagen is always within reach.
In Stralsund you will discover the marine world even in great detail: the last five years is here in the port, the Ozeaneum, the largest maritime museum in Europe. You will also find many museums, a beautiful old town, a swimming pool / water park and several restaurants for every taste. The Hanseatic city is also your perfect base for trips to many small and larger islands. Take, for example, take the ferry to Hiddensee or after complaints.

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man auch zuhause hat, inkl. riesiger UHD Fernseher mit netflix-App. Da fehlt nichts. Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer angenehm weich, im Wohnzimmer für die Freunde des hörteren Bettes. Couch kann zur Schlafcouch werden, so bekommt man 6 Schlafplätze. Wir mochten den Strand in Devin in der Nähe. Keine Parkgebühren, wenig Menschen, warmes Meerwasser.

Gepflegtes Objekt und sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch sonst gibt es alles war man für einen längeren Urlaub benötigt. Schöne Terasse. Mit dem Auto ca. 10 Min. nach Stralsund.

Auf diesen Urlaub hätten wir gern verzichtet

Objektnummer 2415337,Buchungsnummer HA-58TMMD Bei der Suche nach einem Objekt für unseren Kurzurlaub lagen unsere Präferenzen besonders auf einer ruhigen Lage wie keine stark befahrenen Straßen, keine Bahnstrecke, keine Industrieanlagen in der Nähe. Des weiteren sollte das Objekt einen Außenbereich zum Entspannen haben. Bereits bei unserer Anreise am Sonntag Nachmittag 16.30 Uhr mussten wir feststellen, dass auf dem Nachbargrundstück Bauarbeiten durchgeführt wurden. Am Montag Früh gegen 09.00 Uhr gingen die Bauarbeiten auf dem Nachbargrundstück weiter. Es wurde mit einer Elektroflex gearbeitet, Steine geklopft und später kam eine große Flex mit Verbrennungsmotor zum Einsatz. Dies führte dazu, dass wir unser Frühstück wegen der massiven Lärm- und Staubbelästigung von der Terrasse ins Haus verlegen mussten. Wir haben die Vermieterin daraufhin angesprochen, worauf sie äußerte, dass geht nur ein paar Stunden, die bekommen ein Baby und wollen vor der Geburt mit den Bauarbeiten fertig werden. Diese Aussage beweist, dass der Vermieterin die Bauarbeiten bekannt waren, dies aber in ihrer Anzeige nicht erwähnt wurde. Außerdem entsprach ihre Aussage nicht den Tatsachen. Als wir am späten Nachmittag im Objekt wieder eintrafen, hielten die Bauarbeiten immer noch an. Die Lärm- und Staubbelästigung setzte sich die weiteren Tage fort, so dass wir nicht in der Lage waren, den Außenbereich so zu nutzen, wie wir es geplant hatten. Es war nicht gerade angenehm, sich bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur im Haus aufzuhalten, so dass wir gezwungen waren, das Objekt zu verlassen, um an anderen Orten Ruhe und Entspannung zu finden. Leider haben wir uns unseren Urlaub so nicht vorgestellt und hätten darauf verzichten können. Wir buchen seit mehreren Jahren unsere Ferienobjekte über Fewo, aber so etwas ist uns noch nie passiert. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass uns die Vermieterin bereits bei unserer Buchungsanfrage über die Bauarbeiten informiert hätte. Es gibt auch Vermieter, die offen und sauber arbeiten. Wegen der uns entstandenen Mehrkosten fordern wir eine Entschädigung von 485,00 Euro.

Jederzeit gerne wieder

Wir wurden schon von der Vermieterin sehr freundlich begrüßt. Es war eine sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung mit eigenem Außenbereich. Die Vermieterin hat die Wohnung selbst mit den täglichen Gebrauchsgegenständen ausgerüstet. Handtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt, die Betten waren bezogen - W-Lan ist vorhanden -also was will man mehr. Die wohnung liegt sehr zentral - alles kurze Wege nach Stralsund/Greifswald usw.
