Breathtaking Views of the City Lights by night and the Sandia Mountains by day! There is a balloon launch field very nearby, so it's very likely you'll see hot air balloons during the day. This thoroughly updated manufactured home is extremely comfortable, fresh and clean, Linens washed between guests, rugs and furniture regularly steam cleaned and sanitized. Granite kitchen counters, Stainless appliances, Gas range, Free wi-fi, Smart TV, Cozy Pellet stove, Washer/Dryer, Dog run area. Surrounded by big blue skies and open spaces. The front porch is very large, covered and cozy; there are quail, other various birds, rabbits, and interesting wild-life to view from this comfortable space. The home is private, neighboring homes are mostly custom homes on large lots. It's truly country living in the city, generally peaceful and quiet, and yet just a few minutes to shops, coffee, restaurants, groceries. Lowest Crime rate area per Trulia, School district rates among the highest!

Everything about this home was wonderful! Private and yet so close to everything. Host was quick to respond with any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Sunrises and sunsets were absolutely stunning on the gorgeous porch.

Property was roomy and great space for kids. Suggest you explain what the 2 keys left with the handbook are for. And, it takes quite a while to warm up the place when it's set at 60-degrees. We use an app to change the temperature online - suggest you use a system that allows you to warm up the home prior to guest check-in time.

Concerning the lag time on the furnace, our plumber had a look and could not find anything wrong with it; I trust once it heated up you and your family toasty warm thereafter. Don’t let the modest outside of this house fool you. It’s pretty glam on the inside. A lot of gathering places are available. The front porch is cozy with a magnificent view of the mountains and Albuquerque. The owners are so nice and cheerfully helped us. Because we were in two different vehicles and I had trouble sending the other car the code, Louise was so accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Spectacular views of desert landscape with the mountains right there. Gorgeous sunrise views from the front porch with so many hot air balloons up to see. Great location. Great accommodations Would definitely stay again!

Home away from Home

This VRBO was amazing and met all the needs of our family as we vacationed in New Mexico. It was conveniently close to everything (grocery store, fas stations, restaurants, etc.). This property was clean and orderly. The owners kept in full communication with us every step of the way from the beginning to the end of our vacation. If your looking for a home away from home in Rio Rancho, NM this is it. Will definitely be keeping this in my places to stay in NM!

SCENIC LOCATION/LOVELY PLACE!

Our family was the first to rent this house. We had a few kinks to work out, but the owner/agent couldn't have been more responsive/helpful. She responded to our calls/texts immediately and she rectified any issues we had. A very cute home out in the country, surrounded by some very nice custom homes. Once she gets the kinks ironed out (and she is well on her way), I think this will definitely be a 5* property!

Great place for a Holiday!

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and these accommodations. We had an amazing view of the San Dia mountain each morning, and had a view of hot air balloons on several morning take-offs. Property was easy to access, near to major shopping and stores, without needing to venture too far for anything! Hosts had decorated the place for Christmas, and this was appreciated. Plenty of room for family members, great use of space by the owner, and all needed amenities at your fingertips! Experience ABQ at its finest!

Great stay in quiet rural home

Lovely, cozy but modern home in a quiet rural area with a gorgeous sweeping view of the Sandia mountains, Albuquerque and environs. Fully equipped with everything we needed. Lovely decor and, since we were there in December, there was even a little touch of tasteful holiday decorations. My family and I felt very “at home” here. Great stay! Very responsive host!

This home is extremely comfortable, fresh and clean. It's thoroughly updated and feels like a semi-custom home inside. It's a pleasant fell good house, High ceilings and neutral colors and finishes. The front porch is very large, covered and cozy. The views of the City Lights at night and the Sandia Mountains are breathtaking. It's very much country living in the city; peaceful, generally quiet. and only minutes from shops, coffee, restaurants, hospitals, churches.. It is a very pleasant place to spend some time with family and friends.
