Maximum of 5 guests. $5 per night extra guest fee for more than 4 guests (per guest). $75 cancellation fee. We do not have an ice machine - if ice is important to you, please pick up some on your way in. There is also ice for sale at the store downstairs, or Bikini Bobs (during the season).

Great place to stay!

This condo was very clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The only things I would recommend are ensuring the freezer has ice trays and putting the mattress to the couch on the floor (to make it more comfortable). The owner was great about communicating with me, the bed was so comfy and free beach chair rentals were great. I would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful View

The best part is the view from the balcony of the beach and ocean. I would have rated a 5 but there are a few improvements/repairs of worn or damaged areas needed in the condo that I understand are in the works. Great communication with the owner and easy check in process.

Great Getaway

Came for a long weekend with family, Sheila was so communicative throughout every step. The condo is right on the water, not too much traffic, great location and amenities right on the property. Our only gripe were the elevators. They are in the process of being fixed/upgraded and the ones working are often crowded. Plan your in-and-outs of the condo accordingly or just take the stairs!

Cute, clean and well stocked

From the moment we booked this location, communication was happening and gave excellent details about check in/out process, things to do, places to eat, etc. We brought with us our normal supplies like coffee, filters, tea, garbage bag, dish soap, shampoo, etc., and it was all available in the condo. Didn't need to rent beach chairs either. Enjoyed our view in morning/evening on the balcony and having easy access right on the beach. Property is older, but still maintained well and space was clean.

Condo owner was very pleasant however condos were very old, breezeways and elevators were poorly functioning, and dirty, front desk employees were rude and not helpful at all. I would not stay at the condo community or recommend it to anybody

Great condo and great location!

Had a relaxing birthday weekend with my husband. This property was nicely furnished and location to restaurants and other stores was great. Beach view was incredible also!

I love long walks on the beach (truly - I lived in Panama City Beach Florida for 25 years!), live music, cocktails with friends, hikes in the mountains and my border collie and kitty. I moved to Washington state from Panama City Beach and fell back in love with the mountains and a man named Scott, but I couldn't give up my special beach - so I just bought Emerald Waters Escape at the Majestic Beach Resort! I have a second home in Bremerton Washington (on the Olympic Peninsula- a beautiful, wild, amazing place!) that will eventually be part two of Escapes by Sheila. Please enjoy them as much as I do!
I love hosting so much that when my son bought a condo at the Summit Beach Resort in Panama City Beach I jumped at the chance to host it with him! Come visit us in PCB!
