Modern one bedroom condo (500 sq. ft.) located on the first floor of the building. There is granite kitchen countertops & built-in study desk in the bedroom. It’s fully furnished & includes a well equipped kitchen, living room with large, flatscreen smart TV & comfortable lounge chair, sleeper sofa, and full size bed in the bedroom. All the cookware and appliances you need, including a coffee maker & toaster are provided. On site BBQ grill, laundry & work out area.
