Discover the Landes, in our warm house, in the heart of a secure residence, close to the centre of Léon (5 minutes walk and only 400m from the cycle path that will take you to the beach of Moliets, the lake of Léon 10 minutes away, ideal with children), no smoking, fenced garden.
On the ground floor: living room with equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker ...), lounge area with wifi.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.
Upstairs: Bedroom 1: 160 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds with cupboard
Bedroom 2: 160 cm bed with cupboard
Bedroom 3: 140 cm bed with clothes rack
Towels included, bed linen for hire on request.
Bathroom with toilet.
For your babies: travel cot + high chair
You will enjoy the terrace equipped with garden furniture, plancha, barbecue and parasol. At your disposal: 2 parking spaces and garage to store your bikes or surfing equipment.
Pets not allowed.

Merci Audrey pour le magnifique commentaire concernant notre résidence, cela nous aide tjrs à nous améliorer. Par contre concernant la piscine, elle n'y sera jamais 😅. nous avons choisi le bord de mer afin d'éviter une construction de piscine. Nous pouvons tjrs vous louer notre résidence principale à Toulouse avec piscine cette fois ci 😅si vous voulez. Merci de votre retour en espérant que vous en parlerez autour de vous, les commentaires des hôtes nous aident à rendre votre séjour le plus agréable.
