Our three-bedroom, townhouse-style villa enjoys stunning lagoon views out to Turtle Point No. 18 fairway and is located within a 5-minute stroll to Kiawah’s 10-mile beach, Sanctuary Hotel, and Turtle Point Clubhouse.

It features professionally redesigned upscale and luxurious coastal decor, including gorgeous wide plank floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and sliding glass doors.

On the first floor, a great room combines the living and dining areas. Guests can also lounge comfortably in a spacious & enclosed sunroom that was designed specifically for maximizing enjoyment of the island's natural landscapes. Our kitchen features custom glass-front cabinetry, marble counters, and a good-for-gathering pass-through counter with elevated bar seating.

Also on the first floor are two generously-sized bedrooms with large closets and private, stone-appointed bathrooms. Each has its own closet and television.

The upstairs level is devoted entirely to the private master suite. Peaceful and bright, the bedroom features ample storage, custom built-in furnishings. Sliding glass doors open out to a private balcony that overlooks the lagoon and golf course. The master bath features a marble-topped vanity, travertine floors, and a travertine-tiled walk-in shower with frameless glass doors. A full-sized washer and dryer are in the master suite.

This villa has no neighbors above, enjoys ultra privacy, and offers fabulous views. We welcome you to our favorite spot!

Amazing property for family!

We loved this property! It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed and more. It was very well decorated and very cozy and the perfect size for our family. It was a close and very pretty walk to the beach and we absolutely loved the view of the lake. We will definitely stay here again!

We love staying at Ashley’s properties! Sometimes you take a gamble when you stay at VRBOs, but this one is exactly as it looks in the photos. Really cute villa, very clean and comfortable. Ashley is really accommodating and made our stay great.

We had an excellent stay in Kiawah. The townhouse was a great setup for our group of two families, providing privacy with the two levels. We loved the views, space, and proximity to the beach, pool, and amenities. The family friendly extras including crib, toddler bed rails, pack and play, beach toys, etc made the trip even easier. Having linens and basic toiletries stocked was also a great bonus to help make packing easier. We enjoyed watching the golfers, alligators, and rainstorms. Overall a great experience with this rental and we have already talked about renting it again!

Weekend Getaway

After a full week of enjoying Charleston it was a lovely relaxing weekend at a delightful location. Our morning walk led us to lunch at the Sanctuary and we watched the eclipse from the beach as we headed back to the unit. Great location mid-fairway to watch the golfers (and 🐊) finish up the course. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Great location. Well decorated and updated. Plenty of space. Loved the decks. Nice big bathrooms. Only complaint was there could have been a few more kitchen items to use when cooking. We cook a lot when there however instead of going out.

Very attractive, comfortable and pretty view of 18th hole at Turtle Point Golf course. Short bike ride to beach, Sanctuary and market. Owner very responsive and helpful.
