3 Br New Featured Renovation! Resort Privileges (pool, etc), very close to Ocean

You will LOVE this cottage!! It was recently featured in Charleston Home & Design!!

Complete Renovation and all new furniture! Every comfort is provided by the owners. Gourmet Kitchen with Island. Master Bath Suite, 2nd Bath complete renovation. All new floors, appliances, furniture, new front deck/porch featuring, new large, outdoor shower.

It is right on the Night Heron Park with the Night Heron pool, complex, Kamp Kiawah, Nature Center, weekly park activities and carnivals all less than 100 yds away. The beach is about 300 yds away and is an easy 3 minute stroll. The park is the hub of all Kiawah activities and it is only a few steps away!

The cottage has undergone a major renovation which created a great open area for living. The floors are hardwood with recessed lighting throughout ..... giving the cottage a wonderful bright and airy feeling. The kitchen was expanded and has gas range, new appliances, new cabinets, and granite countertops throughout. The Master Bath Suite has walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, all new bathroom with 'adult - height' vanities and marble counters. The 2nd Bathroom has shower/tub and also all new renovated with adult height vanity and marble top.

The cottage is equipped with a large screen LCD Hi Definition television above the fireplace in the family room plus additional LCD televisions in each bedroom. The cottage has wireless internet access throughout.

The back porch is screened in with a 4 person table plus additional seating chairs for back porch dining and entertaining.

This property is managed by the Kiawah Island Resort but we are able to pass on amenities to you as our guest. It is in the highest category of Kiawah Resort rental properties!!! You will have full check-in privileges and all amenities as a resort guest including access to all resort pools (only for resort guests, which includes you!), discounts on golf and tennis, etc.

The cottage sleeps 6 in beds. The Master BR is a king bed. The 2nd bedroom is a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is 2 twin beds. An additional single air mattress bed can be reserved if desired. The twin beds in the 3rd bedroom can be converted to king beds if desired (for a slight additional housekeeping charge).

We DO NOT allow pets or smoking inside the cottage, however, we do have another cottage that does allow pets.

Great family vacation house!

The property is exactly as pictured online and is great for a family vacation! Proximity to pools, market, and the beach were all advantages to this property. My only complaint, as other have mentioned, is it could have been cleaner upon arrival but you do have villa housekeeping on request. Definitely a great spot!

The house and location were great ; however we did see stains on the bedspread and curtains which we thought should be replaced. I would rent again but I would take my own blankets.

Thank you for this review and I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and would return. It helps me address any issues. I did go in an inspect the issues you noted. I cleaned the stain at the bottom of the curtain. I also noticed that Housekeeping had already replaced the bedspread. At any time during a stay in this cottage, you can have bed linens, towels, etc replaced and refreshed at no charge by calling the check in desk.

Fabulous Kiawah Cottage

We could not have been more pleased with the cottage we rented at Kiawah. It was just as good as advertised and convenient to the pool, market area, and beach. We would definitely book this property again!

Clean, on Kiawah resort. Very nice property. Only downside is the hotel pool and spa services only for hotel guest but everything else on resort you have full access to

Thanks Autumn - I just wanted to clarify that all guests have access to the main pool - The Night Heron Pool - which is in Night Heron Park across the street from the cottages. This comes along with Resort priviliges which comes with our cottage. You are correct, The Sanctuary Hotel Pool (0.5 miles away) is only for hotel guests, but you can access the paid services at the Sanctuary Spa. You were a great guest, happy to have you.

Great beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay here- location and amenities couldn’t be beat. We enjoyed the easy walk to the pool, playground and beach along with comfortable beds and all the extras you needed as a family to enjoy your stay. The number of towel hooks was also a huge plus for beach towels and wet bathing suits! We will definitely book again!

This villa has it all! Perfect location within steps to The Nest and pools! Beautifully decorated and well appointed. No need for bike rentals as they provide them here. These owners thought of everything and gave excellent recommendations to restaurants. Highly recommend!

Wedding Weekend on Kiawah

This cottage is very cozy and comfortable. Our son & DIL had to cancel last minute so our daughter, my husband and I had plenty of space with an extra bedroom. Perfect location; beautiful cottage

From the moment we stepped inside, we fell in love. This cottage is perfectly situated within walking distance to Night Heron Park (2 minutes) and the beach (5 minutes), in a cozy neighborhood of similarly sized homes. The interior has been recently renovated, and the owners' good taste and attention to detail was clearly evident. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bedrooms were comfortable, and everything was clean and fresh. We have stayed on Kiawah many times, but my wife and I agreed - for us and our three boys - this home has been the best we've ever rented. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home in great location!

We loved this property. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was perfect for us because it was a two minute walk to the night heron pools and a four minute walk to the beach. Appreciated the beach cart, chairs and beach toys as well as a full outdoor shower to keep sand inside to a minimum. The third bedroom was wonderful with the bunk beds. Very helpful with kids. Communication with the owner was A+. Before and during our stay he always communicated quickly with any questions we had. We are already booked to come back for another stay!

Golf/shopping getaway

Great property and location! Quiet neighborhood(except for some construction each am but not horrible). Great screened in porch and kitchen! Only reason I gave 4 stars was that linens were not of good standard. Appeared dirty and had many bleach spots due to area cleaning. With standard of this property, I would expect better linens. But other than that, it was great! Would stay again for sure!

Wonderful stay!

We loved so much about this property, it had everything we needed as a family of four. The location is perfect, furnishings are comfortable, spacious and updated, and the resort access is a major bonus. We appreciated the access to bikes and everything needed for the beach including a wagon- it made packing for the trip easier and less we needed to rent. We were surprised by the bunk beds in one of the bedrooms because that wasn’t in the listing photos yet but it looked to have been a new update- plus our kids were thrilled. Really appreciated all of the information the owner provided for planning purposes and check in was a breeze. Only minor negative was we felt the floors could have been cleaner on arrival but I wouldn’t let that deter you- book if it’s available!
