Granite counter tops throughout and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Full length patio with plenty of room for barbecuing and game playing. So much room out front to park your toys with a large flat driveway. The 2-car garage is also available for renters. House is located just 3.5 miles from the historic London Bridge with plenty of shopping and restaurants. A quick ferry ride across the lake and you will find gambling opportunities at the Havasu Landing Casino. Lake Havasu Permit # is 00047755 and our TPT # is 21517087.

Gorgeous!!!

The house is absolutely beautiful, very clean!!!! We stayed for a week with family, and enjoyed our time on the lake. The house is close to our boat storage and launch ramp. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very prompt with responding. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Awesome Lakehouse

We chose this property based on the boat parking and the close proximity to the Windsor launch ramp. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the home to find it was much nicer than the limited pictures had reveled. The living room was large with very comfortable couches. The kitchen was large and well stocked with all the appliances and cooking utencils we needed. The master bedroom was very large with an awesome step down shower. We had a great stay and had no issues with anything. This was an awesome place and expirence. Thank you Paula for letting us rent your lakehouse. Craig

We booked for a week and stayed a couple of extra days

We arrived here and the home was more than we anticipated. We were visiting family in the area and we were greatful to have such a beautiful home to stay in for our holiday. We arrived to a very clean and beautiful home. Nothing out of place and it even smelt clean. Nice furniture and a great layout makes the home cozy. Having the master suite away from the two spare rooms is very nice. The master suite was comforting and inviting with a special shower area that I quite enjoyed. We live on an average in Canada and after a week here we get like we were at home. A five minute walk to the lake was awesome to burn off kids energy. I parked my 1 tonne truck in the garage without issue. Any questions we had were answered quickly by Paula and we even ended up staying a few extra days which was not an issue with Paula. We plan to come back next year for sure! Thanks for the great holiday away to your beautiful low home.

Very Nice House

Very clean and well furnished house. We only used the master bed and the mattress was first class. There are big TVs everywhere, a Keurig coffee pot, big garage and a lovely patio. This property is well cared for and obviously used by the owners. Highly recommended.

This is our first time stay In Havasu. We booked this property at very last minute. However communication with the property manager was very efficient, we had no problem check in/out. Property was very clean and comfortable. Location was great too. Overall we are very enjoyed.
