Great stay

We’ve stayed here multiple times and have enjoyed it each time. The host Bob is very responsive. The house is in a great location and close to everything. Enough room for all three trucks and boats. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice house. Well equipped.

This was a nice house well equipped with a swimming pool. Close to Windsor Beach but a little further away from the main downtown area. Overall a very good experience, would definitely consider staying there again.

Our stay

Thought, the house was great, location was great. I plan on returning in April, and hopefully can book this same house. The only suggestion I would have is possibly a better bed in the third bedroom. Apparently the daybed was not very comfortable replacing it with another queen bed, I think would be an upgrade

Everything I need

The house is everything I needed for a comfortable relaxing stay. It is central to shopping and recreation. The house is very well stocked. The pool is refreshing. There are lots of shaded areas to get out of the heat. It's a quiet neighbor and situated in a cul de sac. The owner is great and very responsive to calls when I needed info before arrival. Overall, a great experience.

Awesome place!

Bob was very accommodating. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. It was nicely updated and very comfortable to stay in. All of our favorite places were very close by, it was a great central location. The neighborhood was very quiet. The check in and check out process we very easy. Bob was even willing to accommodate an extra day if needed. He was quick to communicate with questions. We loved it here! We will be back!

Sooooo nice

This was one of the nicer rentals In Havasu that I’ve stayed at. Ran out of TP - less than 4 rolls stocked for a group of 8. Overall it was amazing & I’d love to stay there again. We are going home happy :)
