The residence is located 5 minutes walk from the large Pontaillac beach and shops.
Living room with convertible sofa (130x190) - fitted kitchen area (top fridge, electric hob) - Bedroom with 140x190 bed - Shower room - separate toilet - Large closed balcony
Parking shared with residents
Towels and linens are not provided.
The cleaning is to be carried out by you (cleaning deposit of €150 by check to be given on your arrival).
