An ideal place to relax in this charming 25 m2 suite with swimming pool, homestay and located at the back of the property, and, 50 m from the sea with direct access by a staircase at low tide.

Close to the very popular district of Pontaillac for its beach 100m away, its restaurants, its casino and its local shops.

Private entrance through a gate to access the suite equipped with a bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200 cm), a bathroom, with shower, sink and toilet, and finally a small private terrace with a view of the pool and equipped with a table and two chairs.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
To have breakfast or simply to have a meal the room is equipped with a top fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, bowls, plates and cutlery.
A gate has been installed for more tranquility and privacy.
TV, free parking space on the street.
You can enjoy the south-west facing swimming pool (shared by the owner who is very discreet) and the deckchairs to bask in the sun.

A nice dog (Irish setter, well behaved and not dangerous lives on the property).

Snow sports and many activities all summer long.

A 10-minute walk from the Thalasso and a 15-minute walk from the centre of Royan.
Bike paths, buses are nearby.
