Located on beautiful North Shore Cuba Lake, this home sits on a wonderfully spacious lot with a great view with over 100 feet of lake frontage and boat dock. Open kitchen & living room are great for entertaining. This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home has two gas insert fireplaces and a/c window units in 2 of the bedrooms. There is also a bonus sitting / sun room that looks over the lake. The expansive front deck with picturesque lake views is a great gathering space for family and friends including a covered lower level. The walkout (unfinished) basement provides access to lower deck area protected from the elements at ground level. You won't be disappointed with this gem on the highly sought after North shore of Cuba Lake. Only a 30 minute drive to Holiday Valley ski resort in charming Ellicottville, NY for skiing and snowboarding.

Casual lake cottage at its best!

Great location with beautiful views. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, marina. Home owner truly wants guests to have a great experience and is just a text or call away if you need anything.

Home away from home

We felt comfortable and at home in this lovely rental. The view was gorgeous and the outdoor space was perfect for hanging out and having dinner.

Great Time on Cuba Lake

Great location and great access to the water. We really enjoyed our time on the lake with our two children and dog. Genevieve and her family were helpful getting us settled so we could enjoy our stay.

Great vacation at Cuba Lake!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cuba Lake! The house was the perfect size with 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. The parking was ample. The deck was huge with a gorgeous view of the lake. There was also plenty of lawn space for outdoor activities. We were able to secure our boat at the dock. The owner was responsive to our questions/concerns. We had a wonderful week and would definitely rent this house again!

Nothing short of perfect!

This property exceeded all expectations and is reasonably priced. The location on the lake is provides privacy and is ideal for swimming or boating. All amenities were in working order and the house was stocked with everything you needed. The deck area is situated to host a large group comfortably and all furniture is modern and comfortable. Genevieve is an awesome host!

wonderful vacation

the cottage was great. it was very spacious, their was a large yard that our kids and grandkids got to enjoy. an unbelievable deck. it was huge. the interior living space was also large. we spent 8 great days. and the kids all had a great time. the days that they came down.

Great Stay!

Cottage was in good condition and clean at arrival. Easy check-in with the door code. Kitchen fully stocked. Cottage is a 5min drive to town. The best feature of the property is the back deck, back yard and the view! Many cottages back up right to the water, so it was a huge perk to have a large yard to play in. The view also seemed to be unique as there was a lot of green space in the direct view vs. cottages on the other side of the lake. Owner was very accommodating with our schedule and reached out a few times to see if we needed anything. Would definitely return.

Look elsewhere until updates done…

Dated accommodations, ineffective heating system, looked like someone had just moved out…food in cabinets and refrigerator, very limited supplies, blinds broken, outdated info on instruction sheet in place. VERY overpriced for winter. Owner acknowledged need to reevaluate pricing but did not offer refund of any kind.
