Brand new light fixtures and ceiling fans. Newly updated bathrooms. New carpeting and new luxury flooring throughout. Beautiful yard, family friendly neighborhood. Excellent Wifi, convenient to Friendly Shopping Center & all Greensboro has to offer.

This is an older established neighborhood. It’s very close to Guilford battleground Park, the Piedmont Triad International airport and Four Seasons Mall
1. Locals must communicate with us before booking
2. It is prohibited to have more than 8 guests in or on the property at all times. Violation of the rule may result in the removal of you and your guests with no refund.
3. This is a self check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided by the Airbnb/VRBO house manual or check in guide.
4. $200 per day smoking fee. $20 non-authorized late check out fee.

Please wash dirty dishes and put in the drain rack unless you have a full load, then please run the dishwasher before you check out. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS ALLOWED!
