Waterfront villa in a quiet canal location with Gulf access and west-facing pool area

Set in a peaceful and well-maintained neighborhood, this villa offers the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of Southwest Florida. Located on a wide canal with direct Gulf access, it combines privacy, water views, and a relaxed atmosphere for a truly enjoyable stay.

The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a spacious en suite bathroom with double vanity, a ground-level shower, and a bathtub. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom includes two single beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.

The bright and modern living area is designed for relaxed evenings, whether you are watching TV or spending time with family and friends. Large sliding doors connect the indoor space to the west-facing covered terrace, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals with ease. A spacious kitchen bar provides a convenient spot for breakfast or a quick snack, while the adjacent dining area is ideal for shared meals.

The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and enjoying the Florida climate. The west-facing pool area allows you to take in beautiful sunsets, while the heated saltwater pool and hot tub can be warmed by both solar and electric heating. Comfortable sun loungers invite you to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A gas grill is available on the covered terrace for outdoor dining.

The private dock offers a great spot to enjoy the waterfront setting or to moor a boat. Please note that the boat lift is not available for use. Several excellent golf courses are located within a short drive, making this villa a great choice for golf enthusiasts.

Very comfortable, nice neighborhood. Relaxing views.

Very comfortable home in a nice neighborhood. Nice views of water from the back pool area. Pool heater worked well when needed. Minor maintenance problem in that all bike tires were flat. One tire would not hold air. Good area to ride bikes for pleasure.

Ideal location

This villa is ideally located in a very quiet neighborhood. The communication with the property management was excellent and we experienced no problems. The villa and the furniture was comfortable and the pool was terrific.
