This 3 bedroom villa is located in peaceful Seascape resort with the beach access minutes away! This villa features a modern interior and convenient access to all Seascape resort amenities. The unit is perfectly located adjacent to the Golden Pond pool!! This villa features 3 bedrooms with a king size bed in the master bedroom, another king size bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. There are HDTVs in the master bedroom, guest bedrooms, and living room. Villa comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and pool access. Guests booking through our website also have the option for beach chair and umbrella rentals as well as Pack` N play rental. 

The golf villas provide all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.

Beautiful community

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yes, I would recommend the seaescape facility at miramar beach, our stay was good and fun...I liked condo what we has all the facility with equipment, only thing I don't like they didn't give me proper cleaned rooms, certain part we have to took care of it, certain areas in the corner found the spiders and bugs. Community pool was good though, over all was good stay.
