Noch nicht mal 3 Sterne Standard

Das Haus war in einem alten nicht renovierten Gesamtzustand. Die Fliesen waren schmierig und verschmutzt. Die Wände (weiß) mit Mückenleichen versehen. Bei Ankunft und in der ersten Woche kein gutes Wetter (15 Grad), deshalb Heizbedarf, die gelingt jedoch mit einer einzigen Katalyt Gasheizung für die gesamte untere Wohnung nicht. Kücheninterieur nicht vollständig und wie vom Flohmarkt zusammengewürfelt. Statt Trinkgläser standen 12 Plastikbecher (für zwei Wochen Aufenthalt) im Schrank.

Menaje de cocina insistente, ni un solo vaso, sartenes del mismo tamaño y asquerosa ente sucias, persianas que no funcionan, luces e interruptores que tampoco La limpieza se limita a barrer y fregar el suelo, el resto tiene mierda del año que pidas. El jardín está seco, o funciona el riego automático. Lo regamos lo que pudimos, un par de veces Necesita una revisión total. Lo único bueno que tiene, la piscina, está perfecta

Perfecte ligging

Leuke woning (enkel gelijkvloers) die perfect gelegen is met een zeer goed onderhouden zwembad. Ondanks de woning geen airco heeft blijft deze goed koel als je de ramen openhoud. De woning ligt zeer dicht bij het centrum van calpe en supermarkten.
