The pretty and spacious apartment, with beautiful panoramic views, is located on the ground floor of the villa. The apartment includes a covered and two sun terraces, barbecue and pool. The house is quietly located in the urbanization La Canuta, where many owners live all year round. Upstairs lives the owner couple, which is happy to help you with questions and information.

From the large, roofed round balcony, which is equipped with padded garden furniture, offers a wonderful view. From here you also have direct access to the sun terrace and the 4 x 8 m swimming pool with Roman steps. Sun loungers and parasols are of course available. There is also a new brick barbecue area available. A beautiful landscaped garden with the typical plants of the Mediterranean completes your idea of ​​a beautiful and cheap holiday home on the Costa Blanca.

Happy times

Had a lovely stay here nothing too much trouble. Loved the visits from Athos the dog. The pool area is beautiful plenty of sun beds, great views. Would recommend visiting for a quiet peaceful holiday. Pictures are just what you find. All in all happy times.

Lovely house 20 min walk from the city centre and beautiful views

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this house and I must highlight the exceptional hospitality provided by the owners Genaro and Eva. Their warmth and welcoming nature made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay and were incredibly helpful with special requests. For instance, they arranged an appointment for our dog to be seen by the vet, which was a significant relief and showed their genuine care for our needs. Thank you, Genaro and Eva, for making our stay so special. We look forward to visiting again!

This is not a modern apartment within a 3 minute walk to the beach! It’s at least 3km out of the town centre which is impossible to walk in the summer heat. The pool is shared with the owners and their large dog as are all the outdoor facilities including the washing machine.3 appliances ie Kettle, TV and fan can’t be on at the same time or the fuse box trips! The double bed is broken and propped up by a brick. The shade around the pool is one large broken umbrella and we were told to put that down due to the wind. We did raise a complaint with VRBO which resulted in the owners not speaking to us which made things very awkward. Sulking 80 year olds are very rude!If you arrive late at night bring essentials with you - there is no welcome pack nor tea/coffee and no soap and the nearest supermarket a 30 min walk away. Not the pleasant relaxing holiday we hoped for. The extra Star is for Calpe and all the friendly taxi drivers who were superb

0ns verblijf was zeer goed. het huis heeft alles wat men nodig heeft en ziet er verzorgd uit. de keuken is wat klein, maar dat wisten we vooraf. vooral de veranda en het terras bij het zwembad was voortreffelijk, ook vanwege de ligbedden die aanwezig zijn.verder valt ook de grote ruimte op buiten. een mooie tuin helemaal afgescheiden met een muurtje, ideaal voor onze hond. de communicatie met de eigenaren verliep ook goed. spraken duits en engels. de eigenaren zijn erg behulpzaam en staan meteen klaar als er iets is. wij zijn erg tevreden en willen graag volgend jaar weer komen. het uitzicht vanaf de veranda en de ligging van het huis is voortreffelijk. echt een aanrader !!!!!

Schöne Lage! Ungenaue Beschreibung!

Positiv: - Die Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen und ist sehr großzügig im Außenbereich mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. - Die überdachte Terasse bietet im Sommer den ganzen Tag Schatten. Und die Aussicht von der Terasse auf den gegenüberliegenden Berghang ist einfach umwerfend! - Es ist mehr als genug Geschirr, Besteck, Küchengeräte, Handtücher usw. vorhanden. Ein SAT-Fernseher, eine Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer sind vorhanden. Negativ: - Die Betten knarzen bei jeder Bewegung, die Matratzen sind zu weich und das Doppelbett ist kürzer als normal, vermutlich lediglich 1,80m. - Die Wohnung braucht dringend eine Generalreinigung, viele Oberflächen sind klebrig. Einige Möbelstücke müssten mal erneuert werden. - Und ein GANZ wichtiger Punkt: die Beschreibung entspricht in einem wesentlichen Punkt nicht der Wirklichkeit! Entgegen der Beschreibung liegt die Ferienwohnung keineswegs zentral, sondern ziemlich abseits! Zum Stadtzentrum bzw. Strand Arenal Bol sind es 30 statt 5 Minuten Gehweg! - Was man noch wissen muss: im Haus ist ein super lieber, aber ein großer freilaufender Hund. Er bewegt sich natürlich überall und kühlt sich auch schon mal im Poolwasser ab. Es wird nicht für jeden ein Problem sein, aber wir hätten es gern vorher gewusst.

Hele aardige mensen

Wij zijn helaas na 1 nacht vertrokken omdat ik allergisch ben voor honden en kattenharen en die zijn toegestaan in het appartement. Die hangen dan logischerwijs in het huis. Prima geholpen door de host en de organisatie en netjes de betaling teruggekregen. Helemaal top!

Villa Eva is top!

Prachtige villa in een mooie rustige wijk van Calpe. Rondom de villa een schitterende tuin met diverse soorten palmen en struiken. Vanuit de tuin zicht op zee waar de zon nagenoeg iedere dag een mooie schittering laat zien over het water. Ontvangst uiterst vriendelijk en gastvrij. Wij ( Hennie & Martin) hebben hier een lange tijd met heel veel plezier vertoefd.

Tolle Zeit

Wir waren 5 Wochen im Haus von Eva und Gennaro und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt einen tollen Pool (war leider etwas kalt im November, obwohl das Wetter traumhaft war), einen wunderschönen Garten und unsere Wohnung hat eine gemütliche Sonnenterrasse. Eva und Gennaro sind sehr nett und kommunikativ und wir kommen gerne wieder.
