Charming 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, Townhome - Close to Everything!!!
Our 3 bedroom townhome is perfect for your family or 2 families to share. On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen and family room. There is a fabulous screened in porch that overlooks a small body of water that you can enjoy a glass of wine, a great book or both! On the second floor there is the master bedroom with a king size bed and full bath, a second bedroom with a queen size bed and full bath and a washer & dryer for your convenience. On the third floor there is a loft area with a double bed, a sofa bed and a full bath! Send your kids up to play or watch TV and you won't hear a peep for hours!
Our home is located a short walk from the community swimming pool. Within our neighborhood there is a 9 hole golf course...so make sure you bring your clubs! There is tons of shopping and restaurants located within the area. The beaches & Cape Henalopen are just a short drive away!
