Nice location

Nice property. Walking distance to the beach and bars. Great location with a very nice deck. They had chairs and beach towels which were great. Also on the beach you can rent umbrellas if you wanted.

Perfect

Our family of four (myself, my wife and two teenage sons 12 and 15) stayed here for 4 nights. It was the perfect place to stay for our St. Pete Beach trip. The location is great, within walking distance to plenty of stores and restaurants and not a bad drive to other areas of interest (Clearwater, Tampa, Fort De Soto park). The beach is basically in the backyard. The heated pool was also nice. The condo itself was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Kristin is a great host and very responsive.

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We're thrilled your family of four had the perfect St. Pete Beach getaway, with the beach basically in the backyard and the heated pool as an extra bonus. We're so glad the location made it easy to walk to nearby stores and restaurants, while still being a quick drive to Clearwater, Tampa, and Fort De Soto Park. We always aim to keep things clean and well stocked, and we're so glad communication felt easy and responsive throughout your stay. We'd love to welcome your family back again for another perfect Gulf Coast trip!

Beautiful condo and beach

The condo is updated with new appliances and a fun beach decor. We enjoyed the rooftop balcony when there was a breeze, which was most mornings. Kristen provided a nicely stocked kitchen that met all our needs. She was very responsive when we encountered a small problem. The only downside to me was the three flights of stairs to get to the condo. My daughter and granddaughter made five trips to get groceries and suitcases upstairs. At 73, my help was limited :). Overall, we had a wonderful beach getaway and appreciated Kristen’s thoughtfulness when she paid attention to things that made our stay so pleasant, such as hooks placed in every room. Thank you, Kristen.

Thank you so much for this wonderful, detailed review! We're so glad the updated kitchen, fun beach decor, and rooftop balcony views of the Gulf added so much to your stay. We really appreciate you mentioning the stairs — we know three flights can be a lot, especially when helping with groceries and luggage, and we're always looking for ways to make the experience easier for our guests. We're so glad the thoughtful touches throughout the condo stood out, and we'd love to welcome your family back again for another wonderful Gulf-front getaway!

Great spot for 4th of July Fireworks

This place is so cute and comfortable. Decorated perfectly. Close to everything and deck is great place to watch 3 different fireworks shows. We will definitely be back, we loved everything about this place and has a pool. Walked to Ricks Reef everyday for Breakfast.

We loved the location and the decor of this property. The upper balcony was great to watch sunset at night and enjoy our morning coffee. Very clean and updated. Will rent from Kristin again ‼️ The extra touches like beach chairs and stocked kitchen was a plus for us
