This house was great! We had plenty of room even with four families. Close walk to the salt pond and alittle less than a mile walk to the beach which wasn't bad at all. The house was nice and clean, there's a nice big deck to enjoy the outside. Definitely had a great vacation here and would love to come back.
Fantastic! We enjoyed a beautiful family beach week in this fantastic property. The home exceeded our expectations! Plenty of bedrooms and baths. Great living and dining space. Extra chairs stored in closet help seat our entire crew. Loved the deck especially with coffee first thing in the morning with the sunrise. Outdoor shower delightful! Neighborhood perfect for morning and evening walks. Close to great family beach with many amenities. Dreaming of next year! 😎
The house is really beautiful with many amenities including a kitchen with seating area (bar stool height counters), lovely living room, outdoor shower for when returning from the beach. It comfortably can sleep up to 9 people (but there were just 4 of us after one part of our family had to bow out at the last minute). The nearby Dunes Park Beach is fantastic - best waves for body surfacing we've ever had with two snack bars and an ice cream shop right nearby. We loved every minute there.
We had a great week at this home… Fantastic location and plenty of space for our large family to enjoy time together but also have space to spread out as well. The home is decorated beautifully and is updated more so than the photos indicate. New furniture, television is enormous and there is just so much this home has to offer. We look forward to staying here again. Andrea was responsive and easy to get in touch with on the few occasions we had questions.
Overall the stay is very good due to the size and location. However, if one is paying extra for linens, which in my opinion is just a way of adding another fee, the linens and towels should be in place. The renter should not have to look for these items upon arrival and stock the baths with towels and make the beds. I've been to many other online properties over the years and have never had to pay extra for linens or make the beds up. Also, an adequate supply of trash bags and dish detergent would be nice. Some of the utensils, dishes and pans needed to be cleaned prior to our use. Maybe time to reconsider the cleaning people currently used.

Beautiful home and great location
Overall it is a great home! the location is perfect and there is so much space. one room is on the 3rd floor. the 2nd floor is living room and kitchen and then 3 other rooms on the bottom floor. It looks like they may have recently done an update so the photos from the listing did not reflect the property. the bottom floor consists of 1 queen bed with a trundle bed. then a triple bunk bed (3 twins) and a queen bed in the other room, and the 3rd room has a full bed. I would caution against adults sleeping on the triple bunk bed as it was not the sturdiest structure, but would be great for kids. The owner of the home is very responsive. overall i would definitely rent this house again
**NOTE** my first thing i do when i get to a home is walk around and inspect so i missed reading the instructions. i noticed there were no sheets on any of the beds. When you walk in read the note on the fridge first!!! it tells you that the sheets are in the closet in one of the rooms in a bin so you can pick the sheets for your bed and put them on yourself
I gave cleanliness a 3 only because one of the mattresses on the bunk bed had a little stain on it and some of the pillows did too (kind of looked like a little blood stain from a scrape). nothing crazy, but enough to give me the ick

Home in Weekapaug. Need a new cleaner
The home itself was beautifully decorated and accommodated our needs.
We were disappointed with the following issues:
1) no sheets on any of the beds. Had to hunt them down and find the right size.
2) towels were folded and put away WET. Had to dry them before using.
3) shower curtain in master bedroom had so much mold on it it was scary. Had to purchase a new one so we could use the shower
4) freezer was so dirty it was disgusting
5) mold in bottom of garbage can. Looks like it was never washed
6) turned on air conditioning and black dust blew out
7) screen door was broken when we got there. Supposedly the cleaning person didn’t notice it before we arrived but noticed it after we left.
8) the floors and rugs needed a good vacuum. There were little gold decorations on the floor that a vacuum would have picked up.
9) there was soap scum on the tub wall in downstairs bathroom
I would not recommend this place to anyone based on the cleanliness of the home.
Lovely home in neighborhood convenient to beaches, fishing and Watch Hill. Nicely furnished and well equipped. Nice set-up with living area on middle floor - bedroom privacy and quiet on 1st and 3rd floors. Roomy but cozy/comfy great room for gathering. Adaptable sleeping configurations in 3 1st floor BRs - suitable for multi-families.
One negative would be the bedding arrangements and availability. Sheets were terribly uncomfortable, poorly fitting and badly organized. Location of the correct bedding for corresponding bed sizes relies on prior tenants. The request for tenants to wash the bedding after use adds to the confusion and questions the linen fee. This is a pet peeve of ours - VRBO keeps finding additional ways to charge fees for services and rental.
Well kept property, although there is a bathroom on each floor it's not so good for people that have issues with stairs. The master is on the 3rd floor, which made me a little nervous having the kids on the first floor close to the entry ways. Most of the comforts of home with very little worries about the amenities. Convenient location in a beautiful area, we took a short drive to Misquamicut Beach as we never found the beach that the pass is for!! It was off season anyway so no worries about paying for parking! We wished our schedules permitted, we would have stayed longer.
We wanted to get together with our grand and great grandchildren as they live in another state
The house was beautiful..more than enough room for the 10 of us. 3 bathrooms came in handy along with outside shower. Huge kitchen with everything needed in a kitchen. Large
dining area.. Close to beach ..went over to watch hill for a drive. Manredi farm to feed goats
And just hanging with the family was awesome
We loved the neighborhood this house was in. Close to the beach, not walking distance, but away from the busy streets and we loved the salt water pond nearby. Spacious tasteful home, well cared for, great deck, perfect for families or friends. Owner was very easy to communicate with. My only complaint was that the linens need a serious update so I would bring my own next time rather than pay for them. Otherwise it was a fabulous stay.
Property very close to beach and Dunes Park. As you know, the accommodations can house three plus families, but when going to the beach at Dunes Park, there is only one parking pass available, not reasonable forcing a big group into one automobile so as to take advantage of the parking, there should have been multiple passes., not just one parking pass, otherwise, the renters are forced to pay for parking if taking multiple cars. Not pleased with having to do the laundry of linen and towels, especially when on vacation, we were under the impression that there was a cleaning service included in our fees.
Really nice place to stay for a large family very clean. A little to far to walk to the beach would be our only complaint. Otherwise a pleasant place to stay!!
Great location, new and clean with plenty of space. Communication for check in and check our requirements were clear and easy. Description of house was spot on. We would definitely rent this home again. Thanks Andrea!
Super charming and bright property. Lots of windows. We were from another state and now really want to come back in the future. Only thing we thought you might supply in the future is a bar of soap-lol-we didn't think to bring that and didn't have a car to go get any!!! Pictures dont do the property justice. Owner super nice to answer unrelated property questions!!
My family and I had a wonderful trip. The house was great. Very spacious and accommodating. Great locatiion....Close to everything.

Why they chose this property
We are from and love the New England Shore but have been transferred out of the area. We built the house to enjoy the shore and visit family in the Summer. We rented for many years before we built this home. So when it was finally time to build our own beach house we knew exactly what we wanted to provide our big family with plenty of fun.
