The many miles of expansive beach are ideal for those who enjoy walking. Take advantage of the many local restaurants from casual seafood to fine dining. On the other hand, perhaps you would enjoy fresh lobster purchased right from the docks. Our own local playhouse, Theatre by the Sea, is located just minutes away. Children will enjoy the unique experience of Charlestown's Umbrella Factory. The Block Island Ferry, whale watching and fishing excursions leave right from Point Judith. Whether it's a day trip to Newport or Wickford, Watch Hill or Misquamicut, they can all be accessed within a 45 mins from this vacation destination, a true get away!
