On the ground floor are the main living areas, including the living room, dining room, and kitchen. On the second floor, the first sleeping area features two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and a corner bathtub. A mezzanine level includes a 90x190 bed and a workspace. On the ground floor, a laundry room/cellar with a washing machine and dryer. A billiards room. A large bedroom with one 140x190 bed, a mezzanine area with one 140x190 bed, an adjoining open bathroom, and a separate toilet. Semi-covered balcony terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue. Unfenced property: river and lake. All-inclusive package. The cottage is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
