Family spring break trip

Simple furnishing but clean and plenty of room for a family of 9 with the optional roll-aways. Minimal kitchen utensils/pans/cookie sheets. Quick response time from manager and housekeeping staff when questions/issues arose. Pools and beach are beautiful and clean! Easy checkout. Would definitely return!

Elevator problems

Only two of the four elevators worked during our whole stay, 8 days. We waited from less then 5 minutes to over 20 minutes. Very frustrating for such a property. Also valet took a long time to get our car. Sometimes over 30 minutes. The apartment was beautiful, but spent alot of time waiting.

Very nice apartment

The property was extremely clean. The check in process was easy. Unfortunately the rooms do not connect making for a little bit of an inconvenience. There are also only two king beds. Overall however I would highly recommend it

It was awesome until...

It was awesome. Pool and cleaning staff were super friendly. Love the views and suite. The only thing that left a sour taste was the gentleman Daniel at guest checkout at the Tressor tower. I asked a simple question about my bill and his response was “what do you mean. It’s a fee.” Honestly, could have done without the attitude and lack of help towards the ending of what was an awesome and much needed vacation.
