appartement très bien situé (50m du tram ) et 300m de la gare .On entend un peu le tram mais ce n'est pas embêtant.bel appartement calme et bien équipé.Très bien pour nice, des commerces autour et le marché pas loin non plus.

Appartement très agréable

Notre séjour de 3 semaines dans cet appartement s'est déroulé de façon parfaite.L'appartement est très bien aménagé et équipé. Il est excellement placé (à proximité immédiate de l'arrêt du tramway et à 200 m d'un parking). Le grand marché de fruits et légumes Libération ainsi que de petits restaurants accueillants sont à quelques pas.Quelle que soit la durée du séjour, nous le recommandons.
