Situated at the historique part of Nice, one step to the beach and Promenade des Anglais, one step to the old-town, with its colored houses, fish-market ,, flower-market, antique-market, center, 300m Place Massena, Galerie Lafayette, shopping-center, Harbor 10 minutes by walking to take the ferry to Saint-Tropez.
100 years ago the building was a monastery, were the flat is, 1 st floor, without elevator, close to the tramway and bus station and Harbor.
