Beautiful place, perfect set up for two couples. If you plan on using the kitchen bring your own spices, oil, coffee (one package of coffee is provided, additional is 5 a pop) a dishcloth and dishtowels. Only 1 small dishtowel was provided. We enjoyed our time there until the last night. We could see they were setting up in the pool area for a 14 year olds birthday party which was fine, until it wasn't. Loud club music started at 8:30 and didn't stop until 11:00. A call to the main desk was useless. We couldn't sit outside on our balcony and enjoy our last evening not to mention falling asleep. It's too bad because we enjoyed this condo despite the lack of kitchen supplies but the party music was enough to make us not want to stay at this resort again. Once again too bad because it's a nice facility but we won't be back especially because of the cost, we expected more.
Everything about this property was top notch. The interior of the condo was beautifully furnished and decorated, yet the furniture was comfortable. The air conditioning was pretty quiet (which is often not the case with Rocky Point properties). Unlike other properties, everything is taken care of, with a contact service available pretty much 24/7 (not that it was needed).
The only 2 minor comments:
1) There are no lounge chairs on the patio (though one is shown in the pictures).
2) The A/C is locked and the temperature set. The mornings were so nice and breezy we wanted to turn it off and open the doors, but that didn’t seem to be an option.
I would highly recommend this property, it’s the nicest one we have stayed in over our numerous trips to the Sandy Beach area.
First, I have to recognize Jenny. She was an incredible Host! We booked from the States and had several questions; she graciously answered all of them .. going above and beyond in researching some answers. She also emailed a list of restaurants and things to do which we found very helpful. She was generous and lovely in every possible way!The place itself was gorgeous! The view was amazing. The apartment was very well appointed with just about anything one would need.The design and layout were beautiful, practical and comfortable.The Cremorne Point Preserve, behind the apartment has a walkway that goes along a beautiful area. It is about a 7 minute walk to the Ferry which can take or connect one to pretty much anywhere one would want to travel in Sydney.I have stayed in numerous VRBO properties over the last several years, but this one was far and away my favorite! Thank you Jenny!!!
Overall the Property is Outstanding, beautiful and very clean. There some little details that make the difference between your property and the rest of them, but Overall speaking it’s amazing.
One of the things that do not appreciate is that on Saturday night we where watching TV around 10:30 pm and one of employees on night shift entered our apartment, opened the door and and walked inside. At the moment that she realized we where nadie, she closed the door and left without saying anything or explaining the reason why she was going inside. We are very concerned of going back cause we still don’t understand what or why she was there.
We had a couple hiccups with the fridge and water heater and they were simple fixes. The hotel staff was responsive though there was a significant language barrier. Overall, the stay was still amazing. Would definitely stay again.
I just think that there should have been chairs on the outside balcony , it looks like the only one that didn’t have chairs outside
