We're also very sorry to hear about the condition of the pool and hot tub. Cleanliness and safety in our shared amenities are top priorities, and it's unacceptable that you encountered bugs, eye irritation from the steam, and an overflow issue with the jets. We take these matters seriously and have forwarded your feedback to our facilities and maintenance teams for immediate inspection and correction of any chemical imbalance or mechanical malfunction. Regarding the building itself, we understand your concerns about the condition and modernity of the space. While some areas have been updated, others are still in progress, and your comments will help guide our improvement efforts. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention.
