Finding slept-in sheets on the sofa bed is unacceptable, and we apologize that this was overlooked prior to your arrival. Our housekeeping team will be reminded of the importance of thoroughly checking and refreshing all bedding, including sofa sleepers, before each guest’s stay to prevent this from happening again. We also appreciate you noting the slow drainage in the sink and shower. While sometimes this can be due to buildup in the drain lines, it’s something our maintenance team can and should address promptly. Kay, I am so sorry to hear that there was debris in the pool as we clean the pool on a daily basis. We do provide free coffee in the units and can always provide you with more if needed. Keith Stark
