Pardon our mess!! We are under construction until May 19th! With the siding and decking being replaced the decks and balconies are not able to be used at this time. Parking is limited, but we are offering parking across the street with a parking pass should you need.

Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views, located on the lower level with a balcony overlooking the seasonal pool. Our bedroom features a queen bed with a full bathroom, and an electric fireplace in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 5 guests, with an electric fireplace to warm and create ambiance. . And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm not sure where to start. This was our anniversary weekend and they helped make it special for us. I asked if they could put rose petals in the bedroom as a surprise for my wife and they delivered. Rose petals and candlelight greeted us as we entered the unit and my wife loved it. The unit was clean and the view was great. We only wish the bed was a bit more comfortable but no bed is as comfortable as your own. We were able to walk the city without having to drive anywhere. Within 20 minutes of Petoskey as well. I highly recommend to stay here.

Wonderful!

We had a great stay here! The view was the amazing and the place was so cute and cozy. We loved eating breakfast on the porch and relaxing by the fire after a long day. We will be back!

Fantastic value!

Best in Northern Mi for the price! Walkable to a plethora of restaurants and shops, drivable to ski hills, roomier than a hotel room with access to a pool, hot tub, and sauna.
