Ground floor is the Kitchen, Dining room and Living room which are open to each other and the Ocean views.From the family room walk out back to your spacious dock and deck area. The deck has plenty of both shaded and unshaded areas allowing you to you enjoy as much or as little sunlight as you would like. The hot tub, lounge chairs, room for outdoor seating, and beautiful landscaping make entertaining by the ocean easy.

The 50 foot dock with 50 amp service, fish cleaning station, and immediate water access help exploring the water of the FL keys by boat convenient. The second level holds the spacious 4th bedroom overlooking the ocean, walk out onto your balcony directly from the bedroom which is perfect for lounging and relaxing while enjoying the ocean scenery.

Three bedrooms share a bath on the main level. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed on the lower level of the bunk with a twin on top.

The deck has loungers and covered outdoor living areas with an outdoor bar and BarBQue.

All you need is a bathing suit and a toothbrush.
