St Germain/Quartier Latin, design 1 bedroom flat
I am renting out my flat in a little street of the quartier Latin. The staircase needs a bit of painting, and you have to climb to the 5th and last floor, but the little effort is worth it !

The flat has just been renovated by an architect (June 2021). Everything is gorgeous and all brand new !
