We appreciate that you find the house nice. We apologize for the inconvenience with the gate and understand how frustrating that must have been. We would have appreciated if this had been reported to us during your check-in so we could have addressed it right away.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that any issues you encountered upon arrival were promptly addressed. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback and for highlighting the aspects of the home your family enjoyed, from the pool to our communication. We are glad the layout accommodated your multi-generational group so well. We truly appreciate your notes regarding the seating arrangement on the main floor. We always want all of our guests to be completely comfortable, and we deeply regret that the living room setup made things difficult for your family member who couldn't access the upstairs. We are sharing your feedback directly with the property owners to look into expanding the main floor seating. Regarding the towels and cookware, we standardly provide a starter set based on the occupancy of the house, and a washer and dryer are available on-site to easily freshen up the towels. Thank you again for helping us improve, and we hope to welcome your family back in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the concern you mentioned, our team responded promptly by sending a pest control professional to the property to address the issue that was reported. The pest control team visited the home during your stay to ensure the matter was properly checked.

Thanks for sharing your experience! I'm glad to hear you had a pleasant and peaceful time. Apologies for the hiccup with the TV in the first room. And we appreciate you for letting me know about the issue during your stay and allowed our team to look into this. Looking forward to hosting you again!

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback and for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear that you found the home clean, spacious, and family-friendly, and that you enjoyed the amenities. We’re sorry to hear that some of the supplies provided did not meet your expectations. As a vacation rental, we do provide a starter set of essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, and basic toiletries to help guests settle in, but these are not intended to last for the entire stay. That said, we appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen items, extra blankets, and trash bags, and we will certainly review these with our team as we continually work to improve the guest experience. Thank you again for your feedback, and we’re glad you were able to enjoy the home overall.

Hi Darryl, I'm glad to hear that you had more than enough room during your stay. However, I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the code being deactivated before checkout time. If you have any further concerns or feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. We were able to send our team to address the cleaning concerns you reported and requested to be fixed. The pool is serviced and treated weekly, though we do encourage guests not to overuse it. Regarding the bugs, while it's challenging to avoid them entirely in a tropical environment, we take this seriously and work with a pest control partner to address the issue. Unfortunately, we did not receive a complaint about it during your stay. We strive to maintain high standards, and it’s clear we didn’t meet them in this case. Please know that we are taking your concerns to heart and will work to improve the experience for future guests. We appreciate your honesty and will use your feedback to make necessary improvements.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Thank you for your compliments regarding the home's amenities, comfort, and our team's communication. We value your constructive feedback about the remote controls and will ensure this is addressed. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Hi Rachel, Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our property and found it to be clean and comfortable. It's wonderful that the location worked well for you, especially in terms of its proximity to some of the area's best parks. We're delighted to know that the drive to Disney was easy and relatively traffic-free, providing a convenient and hassle-free experience for you. We understand that avoiding I4 can make a significant difference in travel time and overall enjoyment. Thank you for choosing our property, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future. Hi there, Thank you for sharing your positive experience of staying close to Disney! It's wonderful to hear that the vacation home provided ample space for your group of 6 adults and 8 kids, ensuring everyone had a comfortable stay. The game room and pool were a hit with the kids, and it's great to know that the community pool added to the fun as well. I'm glad to hear that the pool security features provided peace of mind, especially with a 1-year-old in your group. The alarm on the back door and the net security fence around the pool are important safety measures, and it's great to know that they were in place and working effectively. It's fantastic that the location of the vacation home was convenient for accessing Disney, restaurants, and grocery stores. Having these amenities within close proximity definitely enhances the overall experience. We appreciate your kind words about the cleanliness and interior of the house. Providing a clean and welcoming environment is important to us, and it's great to hear that there were plenty of pillows and blankets for your comfort. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we're delighted to have provided you with a great vacation experience. If you have any future travel plans or if there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to let us know. We look forward to welcoming you back for another enjoyable stay!
