Please close all blinds and make sure you have all your personal items like phone chargers. Safe journey home and thank you for staying with us.

The property itself is incredibly outdated and every bed is extremely uncomfortable. We had to put extra blankets down to lay on. Ceiling fans were overflowing with black dust, i found hair in the shower and while i know its not required it is frustrating to pay so much for a place and arrive to not even have toilet paper, hand soap or anything to do dishes with. We dont expect an entirely stocked home but when we spend that kind of money to stay in a home it would be nice to be able to use the restroom without having to run to the store first.

UNTRUE- Email on arrival from guest saying BEAUTIFUL HOME as per pictures. Guest did NOT READ that villas are self-catering as are ALL rental homes. Complimentary is the first toilet roll per bathroom (5 in total), first bin liner, first dishwasher tablet and hand soaps in all bathrooms are provided to start you off, same as every rental home. These WERE PROVIDED and checked off by Housekeeping Supervisor WHO CHECKS AFTER THE CLEAN, as present so there WAS toilet paper, soap etc. on arrival which guest confirmed in an email. Our beds are Upgraded top of the range pillow-top and we are complimented on there comfort, even the childrens twin ones are pillow- top. We have returning guests every year and some have asked the make of bed as they are so comfortable. NO COMPLAINT was received or any cleaning issues as you are required to do in first 24 hours or housekeeping would have returned. All fans are cleaned monthly apart from main vaulted ceiling fan as tower is brought in for that and high security light on entry. Guest read NOTHING sent to them or on the advert and even asked for door code just before getting there despite admitting it was sent to them. They did demand items we do not supply due to allergic reactions like cleaning products etc. We always re-iterate what we supply so if, like these guests you are only there a few days, you might want to pop a few bits in your luggage to save buying, like bin liners, a few dishwasher tablets etc.

The home is located in a great area. The restrictions placed on the HVAC (78 for AC and 68 for heat) were not acceptable. First floor master bedroom has a mold issue that needs to be corrected. Nice house with lot's of room.

Our adjustable smart computer set AC runs as low as 75 day and 74 night, lower than most homes. Heat runs 70. Guest used all these temperatures during stay so comment is unfounded. It is also in our advert. No mold issue in upstairs master bathroom. No complaint during stay that management could have looked at for her. Villa is in an exceptional location, is very clean and roomy as guest comments.

Pool has spectacular views over the Lake which is one of the reasons we brought this home years ago. Resort has a requested quiet time of 9pm-9am to allow guests and children to sleep which most guests respect and enjoy. Lovely family George so glad they all had a great time.

FANTASTIC!! The villa was perfect for our needs, very spacious, and very well equipped. It was a perfect place to come back to after a long day at the Disney parks and enjoy the lovely pool. It is very well situated about 20mins from Disney and only a few mins from shops and restaurants and great having a large, well known supermarket only a couple mins down the road to stock up with supplies.The hosts are brilliant and come back very promptly to questions with very helpful replies, and Jane was super helpful when we had a very late issue with flights and needed to extend our stay at very late notice.Amazing place that helped made our stay very special, thoroughly recommend.

Perfect vacation home for large groups

This house was everything we could have hoped for in a vacation home. I will definitely recommend this house to any large groups looking to stay together. We will be back!

Good host and great house!

We stayed there for 12 days, very comfordable and clean house. great location, close to walmart, disney and outlets. Jane is very helpful and answear all questions soon - Great host.

Very clean. Great location!

We were all very impressed with the location of the property. Had a blast playing beach volleyball all week. House was large and clean!

Beautiful view

Our family really enjoyed the beautiful view while hanging out in the pool. Jane was very responsive and extremely helpful during our stay.

We have always loved Orlando area which is why we brought a home here. We are retired grandparents and both our children and grandchildren love our home, items were carefully selected to make sure Guests, including younger ones, have what they need to make this a magical vacation. We have Special Needs children in the family and are pleased to help with travel and park advice for you.

Why they chose this property

We vacationed in Orlando for many years.One year we booked our own and found the best resort we had ever rented on and the best positioned Villa was for sale.
This villa was in such a lovely location and position on the Lake with the sun all day and stunning views of wild life to watch. I like to make it homely and have children feel how special a Disney vacation can be. This home has everything you could now wish for.

What makes this property unique

Our large extended pool deck has such wonderful views over the lake of eagles fishing or sand cranes with their babies, otters playing. The sun rise over the Lake is stunning. The peace and quiet is so tranquil it is hard to beleive Disney is so close. We offer everything from a large pool/ Spa that heats hotter than pool when pool heat paid for, to 5 King bedrooms with pillow top mattresses. Our two twin rooms have Disney murals are any childs dream and we even added characters to our game room to continue the magic.
