One bedroom, full bathroom, large living area with full kitchen and living room w/pull out couch. You will find all the essentials have been provided. Very comfortable overlooking Paugus Bay of Lake Winnipesaukee. Restaurants, stores, entertainment is all close by! Enjoy New Hampshire in any of the four seasons in comfort. Enjoy Weirs Beach in the summer, and Gunstock Ski Area in the winter. Come back to enjoy the pool for all guests. This is the place to be, all year round.

The place was just right for what we were doing (concert at Meadowbrook) and in a convenient location on the Laconia/Gilford border. The property is as described. The host, Bonnie provided thorough information on check-in and check-out procedures, property info, and more, well ahead of our stay. We didn't end up using the pool so can't speak to that. Comfortable bed and temperature control in the bedroom and living room. There was a bit of road noise from Route 3 in the living room, and noise from the neighbors upstairs and in the next-door unit, though it was tolerable. Check-in was easy with the door code sent in an email, and check-out procedures (wash any dishes, take out the trash, leave the temperature control at 75) were all clear in the same message. I would recommend Bonnie's place and would definitely stay again!

We had a great time in the Lakes Region. We knew we weren’t going to be at the place too much as we had a lot planned every day, but it was a perfect place to come back to at night. Bonnie was easy to reach as well.

The condo was located close to a lot of restaurants and other “things to do”. Very easy to get to and the host communicated well on how to access the property as well as updated us on how to gain access to the internet if we had issues.

Bonnie was a great host. The condo was clean and just what we needed while in town for some lake time and a concert. The pool was an added bonus. There’s a great restaurant and a coffee shop on site, too!
