Come and experience year-round fun in our condo! Spring and fall bring stunning foliage, ideal for leaf peeping and peaceful relaxation. Enjoy nearby Skiing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing in the winter. Cozy up with a hot chocolate after a day of skating on the frozen lake. Summer fun at Lake Winnipesaukee, where summer days are perfect for boating, fishing, and swimming.

The cozy studio suite is located in the heart of the Lake's region. It is across the street from Paugus Bay, which is on Lake Winnipesaukee in Laconia, NH. The studio has a courtyard view, a balcony, and no street noise. There is a King Bed and a full-size Murphy bed, a sofa, and a kitchen.

Centrally located near restaurants and shops. 15 minutes to Gunstock Ski Resort, 5 minutes to Weirs Beach, 7 min to Bank of NH Pavilion, a few minutes away for Laconia Bike week and near The Margate.

Bordering towns are Gilford, Meredith, Belmont, and Sanbornton. This is the perfect getaway during ANY season.

Our studio is ready for you to arrive and unwind! The essentials including towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover wipes, paper towels/toilet paper, basic pantry items, and keurig coffee pods. There is space for your boat, car, truck, motorcycle, or trailer in the parking lot and carport. There is no assigned parking space.

- Quiet Hours 10 PM to 8 AM
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
-Our condo association requires vehicle registration; you will need to complete the form and provide the requested information to ensure compliance with community parking rules. Failure to comply is at your own risk and responsibility if your vehicle is towed. Thank you for understanding!

My husband and I came to Laconia for my birthday weekend in November. The place is completely remodeled, tastefully decorated, the hosts were very attentive, provided recommendations for local restaurants, even left snacks for their guests. Check out the Climaxe throwing axe spot and the escape rooms, we went to Concord because they have 6 rooms but there are others closer to the condo. We recommend Lago and the Junction Restaurant restaurant for dinner and Hermit Vinery for wine tasting or dinner We had a great time, and will be back. Thank you. We highly recommend this place!!!

Perfect for our stay

We needed a place close to NH Bank Pavilion as we were bringing our son to a concert. We got out of the concert late and arrived just before midnight. Thanks to great communication from the owner, we knew exactly where to go and easily accessed the Condo. Upon arrival, it was so clean and very comfortable. They supplied things like shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper products and so much more. As fellow rental business owners we have high expectations and this unit met all our requirements. We will definitely stay there again if we ever get back to the area and will highly recommend to friends and family.

This was a very cute condo! Not too gard to find. Beds were super comfortable! Everything was very clean ( cleaner than any other rental property I have stayed at (Im a housecleaner)). The building was very quiet. They had snacks for us and provided all cooking stuff needed, full fridge and freezer, a/c works great, plenty of lighting. All of the pre-arrival and pre- departure instructions were easy and simple to follow! I woyld absolutely dray here again! The only complaint I had was that the hallways to the unit were literally like a sauna. It was absolutely worth the money we paid!!

Fabulous place to stay for an overnight!

The studio was the perfect size for my partner and I when we came to town for a concert. Nice and hot shower, full size stove, microwave, fridge, furniture on the small patio space. There were board games laying around, easily accessible for rainy days spent inside. The bed…. Ohhhh the bed! It’s an incredibly cushy memory foam mattress that made you feel like you’re sleeping on clouds! Quiet complex. The only downfall to this place is that the entrance to the room was in an odd hallway where warm, exhaust air from AC units of other rooms blew right into. It was incredibly loud (couldn’t hear it from inside the studio, though) and sweltering in the summer heat. Other than being incredibly hot coming in and leaving… no complaints! Great place to stay!
